The way he fumbled was glaring. He was asked: "what are you doing to diversify the economy of your state away from oil?". He started blabbing about education and agriculture, when asked to specify omo boy started saying songai farms. How his govt is encouraging cultivation of bananas, plantain then he blundered and mentioned cocoa. Does he think we are as daft as he is? How can cocoa grow in Rivers state? Before you can say Jack Robinson, he started blasting the FG saying FG does not plan, as if He (Amaechi) plans like Michael Scolfield in Prison Break. This is a governor that raised the road in GRA so that the road is almost as high as some peoples fence and when rain falls, your compound is flooded.... What he does not see is that anytime he goes on foreign media to blast the FG (as if na him holy pass), he is not only demonstrating his stupidity but he is also painting the country in a negative light..

Lagos state invests more in the police than the FG does, despite the police being under the FG which earns more in revenue than all the states put together

Lagosians generate their own electricity

Lagos has built and rehabilitated a lot of roads including Federal roads

Lagos has been solely responsible for providing water to residential, commercial and industrial areas

If the FG isn't doing anything to make Lagos an investment haven, then you have to give it to the LASG if investors keep trooping in

And what about Ogun which currently has more industries than Lagos? How has the FG been fair to them too?

Lagos state does not generate their own electricity. They receive power from the national grid so don't come here and insult people who know what they are saying. If lagos generates they own electricity then state like Akwa Ibom, Rivers, etc which have 100MW plants also generate they own electricity.

I was in Mumbai in 2011. We flew with Ethiopian airlines which landed in Addis Ababa and another plane took us to Mumbai. Ethiopian airlines is OK, that is d plane from Lagos to Addis Ababa, but the second plane was like molue. I don't know if they have changed the plane now though. Another thing, eat before u get in the air because you might not enjoy the food served in the plane, am talking from experience, and its a 12hr flight:if I remember correctly. Well enjoy

Please I need your advice on whether I should do my shopping here in Nigeria or over there? Secondly, what do I need to take there, from Naija? Thirdly, I intend to cook when I get there, where do I go to get cheap foodstuffs?
