I still don't know this former president's offence. Coup plotters always table some dodgy reasons to justify why they carry out a coup.

Last we heard, they said Nigeria would have been affected if they had not acted, but they still fail to give the exact reason (s) on why they acted.
This is what some PDP and LP members are celebrating.

Where are you adults with kid's brain all coming from?

You think there's an invasion where civilians and innocent people won't die, even community fights so many innocent people die then you are talking about a border fight.

Nairaland is really boring now.
Ok. Tinubu no go support ECOWAS. He ll focus more on Nigeria. Rest.

So Arewa, the norther governors, the senate, the northern politicians that have spoken, adeboye etc are all suffering from post election trauma? They should face the tribunal?
If you hide under the guise of ecowas, have you heard the saying "he that pays the piper dictates the tune" Nigeria funds ecowas 70%, Nigerian troops makes up over 80% of troops and equipment for any intervention force. Nigeria will bear most of the finances especially as some ecowas countries have withdrawn their support. The staging ground is likely from Nigerian soil.
Oga, Nigeria and Tinubu is ecowas anyway you look at it.
It's those Arewas gangan that are insincere. When Buhari closed boarders and imposed economic war to the extent that dollar started rising, they kept quiet. ECOWAS going to Niger hasn't been declared and it's bad to heat up polity or whip regional sentiments saying Nigeriens are our brothers. As far as am concerned, Niger won't be invaded. But the north has shown that they can be insincere with their allegiance to Nigeria and Niger just as Buhari built roads to that country.

About high price of fuel, we are all feeling it and they are results of past bad decisions. Tinubu's mot the president of Nigeria from 1970s till date. When and how did the refineries get damaged?

Arms snuggling ll only add more to the problems. It's not about Tinubu's selfishness but the future if the region. Last last, Niger ll be left alone. But they ll reap what they sowed in future. All of you children of hate ll regret your heating up of polity.

Tinubu never said so and has never given such order. Talks of military is from ECOWAS not from Tinubu alone. All of you hearing up polity cos of post election trauma should stfu! Face tribunal.

Better Nigeria does not invade Niger.

If Nigeriens want democratic rule, then they have to boldly stand up and oppose the illicit army government themselves

An outsider doing it for them would not let them learn the lesson themselves. It might even breed resentment towards the 'liberators'
Good talk.

Some might be someone who just boasted that he/she can kill a fellow human and nothing ll happen (that kind boasting by military men, NPF, spoilt rich people or anyone who's not thinking deep that life's ephemeral etc). But they v forgotten that God is the giver of life. Time and chance happen to all. When you are in a good post, use it for goodness. Even if you are in a bad post, be positive minded.

Good the Niger republic people see it as Tinubu war against the country and the northerners, not Nigerian war.
All your plan is to see that something bad happens to Tinubu but you v forgotten that God that you served also recognized Tinubu. If invading Niger is the right decision after diplomacy, so be it. And nothing ll happen to Tinubu, Nigerians or Nigeriens except the coup plotters. Shame won't leave your sight!

You are confused. The topic is not about the age to marry off female children, it is about husband refusing male doctors to attend to them. So, be logical with me instead of emotional.

Whatever the number of years it takes, they will reach there one day. Did you see it in the report that it has been going on for many years? If they had started what I proposed earlier, they would have gone far by now.

I don't even understand this crap.

A thousand years journey begins with a step.

And what is ruining south east because the last time I checked, they too are battling with baby factories equally littered with teenagers? It is easier for Nigerian Christians to blame Islam for anything negative in the North as if we didn't practise Islam in South West and when problems in the North sometimes have semblance of culture problem.

Their govs should sponsor more females to become medical doctors then. Simple
How?
Shey by marrying off a 13 yrs old girl?
Do you know how many years it takes to be a doctor?
Don't you think the agro-erectile malfunctioning male janjawëeds won't say she's a prostitute that's why she dey study for long cos they v lustfully wished she was married to their other room at tender age. You can't reap what you don't sow. Is the not reaping well in education? How many doctors sef dey Nigeria?
How many male doctors do they have?
A region sowing religious extremism and poverty should not expect any female doctor. Maybe they should start training their female doctors traditional technics of child delivery or any treatment. Islam has ruined the north more than good.

MT:
Wacky storyline. Nice visual effect.

Yorubas don't fight like Spartacus in war or in a fight challenge, the ending is so predictable and the story line is so tacky - A bad replica of "the woman king" movie.

Femi Adebayo, dressing like a roman king, which I found so alien - should not have acted that part - Chatta or Lalude could have been spot on.

Wars were fought like Romans army with swords. Yorubas used charms to fight in their wars.

All in all, for me:

Story Line - 20%

Visual Effect - 65%

Anikulapo movie still remains distant number 1.
Your hatred is noticed. Your rating is the opposite. Turn the score over. A movie that scored almost 100/100.
You post with all its likes ll make people to go and watch the movie and appreciate it more.
Education › Re: Amaechina Chimbusonma Nwadiuto Scores Nine A1s In 2023 WASSCE by Goodlady(f):
Lmao. Clap back to the north.
Few days ago, I saw a thread here of a northerner having a good WAEC/JAMB result. Some comments came in like the north are silent achievers blueblue, blabla!
My take: If every region start parading their best students, for now the north ll take last. Not to castigate them but to tell a reality of their region. And I know a region that can parade thousands of A1 parallel in WAEC and over 300s scores in JAMB.
For now, it's still hard for a 13 years old girl to advance to JSS2, JSS3 or SS1 than to get married which ll likely make her education stopped, in pause mode or in uncertainty.
In this 2023, I heard no secondary school in Zamfara wrote WAEC. The thing was revealed when WAEC was lamenting that they won't release results cos some states owed. https://www.arise.tv/waec-withholds-results-of-candidates-from-eight-states-cites-debt/
And most of those states are from the north. In some schools, I read in the news thay in Bauchi state, some schools had just one teacher to teach all subjects.
See here: https://www.google.com/amp/s/punchng.com/79-bauchi-schools-have-one-teacher-each-says-subeb/%3famp
And there was a time it was one school one teacher in Zamfara: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.thisdaylive.com/index.php/2016/12/30/one-school-one-teacher-in-zamfara%3famp=1
It was in that same Zamfara that a certain gov is fond of marrying small children while hiding under Islam. Lastly, the way the north receive Islamic religion is too harsh for their economic development. It's the opposite of what's practiced in Saudi Arabia where they got the thing.
The future of tomorrow is determined by good planning done today. Hope the north holistically follow educational blue prints and economic blue prints 🔵 to drag their region out of backwardness.

This is my observation. If you as a northerner or anything have contrary opinion, reply with sense!
