Anybody with update as regards COPR?

This is very true and very sad...they have really deterred the plans of many!!...

According to VFS Lagos, not even 1 passport for Permanent Residency has been returned from Accra.

And now they have a public holiday for Friday 4th December, followed by their general elections for next week.

It’s well oh.

It's Accra o. Dunno what's wrong with those people. I have also heard people's passports are now stuck there for more than 2 months... Visa stamping that takes 3 weeks max!

First they could not process people's PPR application on time... IRCC or whoever had to order files to be transferred to Hong Kong and PPR started flowing like river. Now, they are now using their incompetence to hold onto people's passport. Dunno if it's laziness or wickedness... But it's just sad!

Honestly, I think that office should just be shut down. Cos they obviously don't know what they are doing

January 2020 - Spouse added
October 2020- Redo medicals
Novermber 2020 - PPR and COPR received

It was a long wait but Glory to God

Very spot on Mamaroon. At least 5 persons in the COPR group i'm in have travelled from Nigeria post March 18. The most recent being yesterday.

Thanks everyone for what you do. Arrived Canada yesterday and in self isolation now. It was a smooth but long flight.

Big Congrats on your landing, so happy for you.

I’m planning to land with my COPR by early December and I feel so clueless as to what to expect once I arrive in Canada. Do I need to do anything special to ensure my airport landing experience is smooth.

Also, Is there a group I can join to help with specifics on landing during covid.

I would truly appreciate feedback from anyone with this information.
