story, story, pay the guy his money and forget all this your yankee stories, oil and gas business man and you cant pay your client his cash which is less than 500 dollars for months, abeg make l hear word , USA number, who cares, other clients have accused you of the same issues angry angry angry

From looking at your profile alone I discorverd it was created just 17 oct 2015 and u are most active in politics and the family threads on nairaland, even in the short days of the creation of your monica u have not even been on business section other than now to throw venorm into an issue even the deaf and the blind can see am trying to sort out, i wouldent know the axe u have to grind with us or u are a competitor trying to play funny, I percive u have never done business or employed staff to work with u so u might not understand some complexitiies associated. But whatever your motives are I can only wish well.

Pondering over some write ups I wish it were possible to list names of a number individuals who owe us several hundreds of thousands of unpaid fees for shipping from china and local distributions mainly on nairaland but we can't do that as we will seem to betray business relationship based on freindship and understanding. Mr 4nobody4everyone we wish well in your quest.

Whao! This has really gone out of hand. Am really sorry for the miss understanding with darmochi1. I remember calling darmochi from the states about 3 weeks ago and asked him not to be angry over what my staff did in my absence. I will credit the balance of his money 28,050 and the intreast for the delay in his refunds, it was really not intentional to delay his funds it was as a result of my absence in the country and the issues surrounding the erring staff, my believe has always been that a business is deemed successful if it runs effectivly in the absence of its owners, If u all notice for more than two or three weeks there has not been any responce to lots of negative posts flying around and its as result of my absence in the country, its the first time in about three weeks am logging on to read posts on Nairaland.

I want to apologise to our teaming customers that may have been disapointed at the turn of events. I wish to say am truly sorry at the issues that has been raised, I hope we can lay the Issues to rest soon.

To damochi, 4nobody4every, gentle007, ligxy, puskin,5pinaz,koreangirl,gboyetade,pridottech,beatsburg,,imerchant,flye, kapitaz, and AleAirHub. I wish to say I understand how u feel and the contributions u have made where taking seriously and we would work on them so we can get better.

And to the the numerous clients we have served with integrity and deligence for almost two years in our operations we wish to appreciate your surpport and kind considerations and we pleadge to get better in our service to your business in the weeks, months and years to come.

Dear damochi I would call u to get details to effect transfer of your outstanding, so sorry once more.

I would be adding my USA phone details in my signature page for quickresponce to customer issues requiring my urgent attention as my responce via nairaland replies to posts might be somtimes delayed because of pressing commitments.

I happen to know D owner of Krismax Logistics on a personal level! Just wanna confirm, have U been paid in full now becos I was aware at atime that he wasn't in the country!!

Plus he is not a dubious person at all; I guess it just a misunderstanding somewhere with staff!!

Dear ehissi,

Tanks for the heads up and we really appreciate your kind words. Krixmas has been in Logistics for almost two years and serving more than 3000 customers within that time span. Our integrity is spatan. The issues are challenges associated with logiistics and we have given our official position on the matter.

Thanks once more sir.

Krixmas official responce to darmochy1.

Dear Adedamola.

We apologise over the issues that u have raised and we assure u that they will be resolved, but before then let's put some perspective on the matter.

1. Firstly you are our beloved customer and our relationship is almost two years old and in that period we have paid over 1 Millon naira into your account for deliveries we have made on your behalf.

2. Secondly u even admitted that out of the 147,000 outstanding 90,000 has been paid leaving you with a balance of N57,000.

3. You failed to mention that we informed you that the dispatch staff incharge of your transaction was sacked and handed over to the police for his failue to remmit proceeds from your deliveries on time and the case is still pending with the police.

4. Fourtly, we could have said pending the recorvery of the money by the police before we settle your outstanding, but we said no, and went ahead to credit you with N90,000 from our pockets which represents almost 75% of your outstanding and pleaded with you to be a little patient for the balance, cos we knew that waiting on the police might prolong.

5. And in time past if we have credited your accounts collectivily with over a million, I now wonder why 57,000 would now be a problem if not for issues associated with dispatch staff on the field, and to forstal issues of this nature in future we would be rolling out Pos machines fornuse by our field staff in the months ahead to eliminate the temptations associated with payment on delivery transactions.

6. Kindly note that our MD is currently in Houston Texas on a business trip as our business span oil and gas, other areas and as well as logistics.

7. In all we are sorry for any inconviniences caused, and we know in busiess unforseen circumstances happen.

We would eventually resolve the issues and have them laid to rest but its pertinent to state our part of the matter for a balanced reading by all our esteemed dlients and would be clients.

Adedamola kindly expect a call from our MD.

Regards.

Dear Adedamola. We apologise for the issues that u have raised and we assure u that they will be resolved, but let's put some perspective on the matter.

1. Firstly u are our beloved customer and our relationship is almost 2 years old, and within that period we have deliverd and paid upto 1million naira into your account from deliveries done by us on your behalf, so we are more like a family.

2. Secondly u even admitted that out of the 147,000 outstanding that 90,000 has been paid leaving u with a balance of 57,000.

3. Thirdly u failed to mention that you were informed that the dispatch man incharge of your transation was sacked and handed over to the police for failure to remmite the proceed of your deliveries on time and the case is still with the police.

4. Fourthly we could have said pending the recorvery of the money by the police before we settle ur outstanding but we said no and went aheard to credit u with 90,000 from our pocket which represent almost 75% of your outstanding and pleaded with u to show a little more patience for the balance, Cos we knew that waiting for the police might prolong.

5. If in time past we have credited u collectively with over a million naira, I wonder why 57,000 would've been a problem if not for issues associated with dispatch staff on the field. To guide against issues of this nature we would be rolling out the use of POS Machines by our field staff in the months ahead to guide against temptations associated with payment on delivery transactions.

6. Kindly note also that our MD is currently in Houston Texas on a business trip as our business intreasts span oil and gas, other areas and as well as Logistics.

7. In all we are sorry for any inconviniences caused, and u know also that as business men unforseen circumstances happen in business.

We would eventually resolve the issues and the thread removed from nairaland, but before then we had to state our side quickly so others can reàd and have a balance view about what transpired. Adedamola pls expect a call from our MD shortly.

Save us your epistle...We are not interested whether you are a runs girl or a 419ner. We are interested in Aisha because it is amusing that the wife of a "poor man" with less than a million will wear N10.5M watch. Only God knows how many of those she has in her collection.

The so called "Mr integrity" knows that declaring publicly his asset will send shock to Nigerians, has refused to release it despite his "pledge" to do it(and vowed not to). To spite his old-self, he directed us to invoke FOI claiming that he has "fulfilled" his unfulfilled pledge by declaring with CCB. Otherwise, what prevents him from sending same infor he gave the CCB to the press/media? What he did is no different from what other office-holders have been doing. Isn't that fraudulent?

The so-called general criticised Jonathan for doing something and was hailed by sai buhari trolls(like you op) but turned out to do same thing. Isn't that deceitful?

How do you define incompetence when the same general refused to condemn the May 29 Boko haram attack that happened in the morning of said day just few moments after his inauguration but decided to party and send a picture of him in the mosque? The old general only condemned subsequent bh attack that happened the next day. The record is there. Isn't that inconpetence and non-challance?

The dude vowed to allow ongoing corruption probe to go on only for his Directer of Public Prosecution to withdraw N2.5 billion corruption suit against APC chief and Buhari ally Timpre Sylva. Is Buhari not a fraud?

Should we keep quiet until the clown has destroyed this country? The man is just an old con artist in the mold of Obasanjo...we are watching!

We know Common sense is not Common. Critizising a government less than 10days in office cannot be construde as positive critisism other than witchunting. All PDP Apologists on Nairaland and elsewhere cannot defray the massive goodwill by which PMB was elected and GMB swept out of office

This is where most of you fail. China is export dependent country. A very strong Yuan will discourage exporters from trading with them. They don't need their Yuan to be too strong so as to attract buyers of their products. Why do you think Chinnese products are well patronised and relatively cheaper in the market? Don you know that this same policy have negative effect because it encourages cheap labour in China as much as it encourage enterpreneurship?

Nigeria is an import dependent country. We need a very strong naira otherwise we will get to a point where our naira will be glorified paper. We don't want the Zimbabwe situation. We must fix our economy and allow for real value of the naira.

In all of your postulations you haven't stated in an indept manner ways in which we can fix the economy and allow for the real value of the Naira to evolve other than to hands off the naira and allow for market forces to set in.

I used China as an example not focusing on whether they are a manufacturing super house that exports to the world, but to bring to your notice that they have a deliberate POLICY to control/tinker with the strength of their currency and not leaving it to market forces and not giving a damn to what others think about it.

The key ( Control your Legal Tender) put your currency under marshal law, disagree with devaluation advice from international institutions, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi never listened to such advices. we know what the exchange rate was under sanusi and we know what it is currently.

PMB needs to do the following

1 De Institutionalise corruption
2 Refine Crude Oil Locally to guide against capital flight ( Let our Refineries work)
3 Remove Subsidy ( plug all drain pipes)
4 Call BDC to order ( Revoke licenses of economic saboteurs)
5 Ignore doom days Economists be they local or international ( if their advices were good enough Greece and most EU countries will not be dangling on the economic abyss.
6 Control firmly the NAIRA! must not be allowed to oscillate to market forces, especially in the next four years.

I wish PMB can impliment the redinomination template of the east while CBN Governor charles Soludo that will eventually see the dollar exchanging $1 to N1.
That's why I mentioned that we need to work on our economy and face the "temporal" hard times that we will face by allowing the naira to float. The system of revaluation is mitigating our economic growth. Why can't our fiscal and monetary policies be centered on growth in productivity and economic stability? Why do we always like "the cheap" way out that has no long term benefit? Thank God that we have steady political system. We just need to take the bull by the horn[/quote

Maybe u need to ask CHINA why they have consistently tightend their monitary policy that has seen the Yuan exchanging to the Dollar at 6.2 Yuan to the Dollar, despite there strong economy proped up by a strong manufacturing base yet they disallow their currency to oscilliate and vassilate to the vagrances of market forces.
Despite the hue and cry of the west China does what it deems best in the intreast of its economy, thats what Nigeria should do instead of following failed economic models of World bank, IMF and the likes.

I wish PMB can impliment the redinomination template of the east while CBN Governor charles Soludo that will eventually see the dollar exchanging $1 to N1.
