stpat1: I really wish I have the time and energy to get to the management of JASCON 30 and AVIANA for you. That's exactly what you need. They were accommodation facilities attached to the USAN FPSO when she first arrived. Though the jascon might be expensive and I don't know if its what you really need. It comes with Helipad for chopper landing and other stuffs.. Whao stpat1 am really amazed that you are so busy and would not have time to brocker a transaction that could run into million of dollars . Let me assure that t'he guys that need t'he vessle have very very deep pockets to buy what they like so money is not a problem. Just go ahead and get d' documents relating to that vessel. Helipad would be an extra catch. Dont forget we are all hunting, i inclusive and its t'he first acceptable ship brought in by anybody that will c t'he person smilling to t'he bank with an option of all expence paid trip to wherever t'he ship is, in company of t'he intending buyers. Find bellow a bullet proof Bardge some one sent to me, d' unfortunate tin about this vessel is that its not self propelled it requires a Tug boat to move it around therefore it was disqualified.

What t'he company requires now is a Broncure of t'he vessel, pictures and other documents relating to t'he ship. Afterwords thay will call for a meeting and arrange on how to buy and bring in t'he vessel! Just guess what t'he commision on such transaction will amount to? Let t'he hunt begin! Banking! Banking!! Banking Job!! T'he banking job is t'he best kind of job anyone can hope to have. Let me explain, as an ex banker myself i know there are challenges assosiated with t'he job but i assure u not every banker does sunday to satuday, infact 80% of bankers have there satudays and sundays free to them. T'he job gives u t'he opportunity to be friends with various categories of people in manufacturing, oil and gas, shipping, importation etc, infact d' list is endless, as u envariably manage there accounts[ money] in one way or t'he other. As a banker u must be forcused and determined from day one that t'he opportunities available in t'he bank must favour u. Step one, float your own company while still in banking employment, save and save and save and save and save at learst 50% of your salary monthly, save all your upfronts, car loan[ collect d' loan and dont buy any car} use staff bus if available and if not use public transport at least for your first 3yrs of getting d' job, just be disiplined with your savings. While i was still a banker we had collegues that will borrow money to fellow collegues with as much as 10% intreast. As a banker if u develop a biz sence early u will go very far! We had collegues that borrow money from t'he bank with there company names to sponsor LPO of Diesel supply to blue chip companies, my brother t'he banking industy is where t'he whole money in t'he economy is kept and if u use your head well and prayerfully craft a good investment and business plan and work at it with disciplin i assure u t'he sky will be your starting point.!. T'he reputation of t'he job gives favour with customers, if u have a shop for example, some of your customers in t'he bank can even give you goods on trust! Open ur eyes my friend! Dats all i will say for now!!! |
sambroose: so my 250k na change abi, you no the kind hustle abi the kind property wey I sell before I raise that amount, no let me go village because of you o, anyway I'm optimistic that very soon my money go clock 500k. Ha ha ha ha ha hi cough cough . Rolling on d ground with laughter! Igweeeeee oga deli gin ma!! |
ogakpatakpata: @goodtalk..........................as at early this year, Qatar tourist visa (14 days) was about 100 Qhr= 4,500naira; l don't know if the price has changed, even if it does it will not be on a skyrocketed side.l like your zeal, we all have same here, even if we don't say it often and openly, l will be glad to see we have an alternative easier route for Qatar, all this agent!!agent!! and bla,bla bla should stop as we unravel all the hidden clauses about Qatar, maybe l might cross the border with my camel into Qatar since l am still sleeping in the arabian desert for the next 12 days, l am still in my prayer mode in the Arabian desert and l want lasting peace in the kingdom. lol. Igweeeeeeee!!! Every other one is a counterfit! I greet u! I know deep down in my heart without any degree of contradiction and equivocation that if we really try hard we will pave a way for our teaming Qatar entusiasts to travel to Qatar cheaply just like Dubai entusiasts. At times we might disagree to agree its all for the good of the kingdom! I salute your magnanimity, endurance and largness of heart, pls keep it up! Qatar must become a complete DIY and all forunmites must cooperate to make it happen! Let t'he information flood gate open! @Blaze and Protocol i greet una! |
protocol: If u do, then u will stand the chances of getting more materials! lol. lets keep on brainstorming. i will call one of these airline to find out the actual cost of a tourist/visist visa to qatar.Thats the spirit Solution! Solotion!! Solution!!! We are tired of talking about the problems |
We must mek a way for ourselves! Qatar is not a DIY but we will soon mek it a DIY thing. i like ur analysis and i am meking my notes.**runing out to buy more note books*** HOW I WISH TWO OF US WILL BE THE FIRST TO TEST RUN THIS IDEA AND BRING BACK OUR STORIES TO THE KINGDOM FOR OTHERS TO FOLLOW. ARE U GAME? LOL. DR DRE PLS CONTRIBUTE!! @Protocol! As you forwarded d Nebosh materials to me i might consider you my traveling partner! it cannot be done, its impossible, its onworkable all this phrases dont gel with me they are phrases that belong to the stone age, afterall they said it was impossible for man to go to t'he moon, man went! Trouble shooting is situating a problem and generating workable ideas and systems to fix the problem! There are no hopless situations! |

engineer55: 1) Be aware that there is no bus transportation system that runs from Qatar to UAE except you are going with your private vehicle and secondly trucks that brings goods in and out of Qatar also pass through the road and there is strict immigration control at the border.. Thats what am talking about and if you are a kin observer you will agree with me that tins are changing gradually, let me analize Engineers posts, he has told us that there are no bus services between Qatar and dubai abi? So we can take a taxi, even if we fly i dont tink 400 qtar Dirhams is upto 500 dollars correct me if am wrong! And more so while transversing tru d' boarder u would have your Dubai visa with u, so t'he issue of strictness at t'he boarder should not worry us cos we are Legit on road transit, and he said also that Coming with t'he 6 months visa is good! At least we are making some progress! He said engineers are in high demand, so my engineering broder make una dey warm up o! He said coming with 6months visa is good but u must come at t'he right time, so when u tell us t'he right time we go fly in with t'he cheaper 2weeks or 6months vist visa. I tink we are gradually demystifying this QATAR madness! IgweeeeS i greet |
ogakpatakpata: @goodtalk.......l understand your views and l respect them, you are also making sense, but, truth must be told, care, caution and wisdom must prevail about the Qatar issue because of the fact that you will be dealing with a third party either while in Nigeria or if you choose to go to Qatar with a tourist/visit visa. Igweee! i greet you! i was really waiting to read the submission of Dr Dre Because he is the Igwe of Qatar ( just up graded) on this issue, but i assume he is thinking and waiting to take his time to respond. From the highlighted portion of Dr Dre's old post you pasted you can feel a particular kind of body language! (1) The cost of the 6 months visit visa to Qatar is 150k if acquired through the assistance of an Agent but on government rates can actually be by far cheaper! who knows maybe government fees could actually be 50k for the 6 months visit visa. (2) am quite impressed with Dr Dre's analysis in number 3 above, but if actually a forumite came into Qatar with a tourist visa of 2 weeks @ 100 dollars or so and got a job, the issue of flight is removed as the man would just need to exit to dubai and return to Qatar with his new work visa aboard a bus, no 2nd flight expenses are involved. The senerios am painting is what alternative we can make happen other than d sad old story of sombody duping another person, agent this, agent that! Abi una no dey tayar! If u ask me i would prefer to deal physically with any issue i find in Qatar rather than deal with any agent in Nigeria. And who says on your arrival in Qatar u might not get a company to employ you and assist u preaper your work visa? And even if u have to exit u simply just exit to dubai and re enter qatar. I rememberd when valantony arrived Dubai he got a job and afterwords his employers prepeard his work visa on his behalve and so tell me why it cannot happen in Qatar. Those already in Dubai and Qatar seem to find this analysis on workable i simply wonder why! There are instances of people that arrived in a new contry and succeded without knowing anybody, so why should your case be diffrent? IgweeeeeeeeeS (Dubai and Qatar) Live forever |
Igweeeeeeeee our king I greet u! Otunba of Qatar i greet u also! @Every! i hail!! Igwe, While in church I kept looking at your reply and analyzing critically on the way forward, my principle in life is – ‘’ WHERE THERE IS A STRONG WILL THERE IS ALWAYS A WAY! i have been typing a reply since morning but i kept having meetings and receiving visitors so its been difficult replying comprehensively and as at the time i finally came online i was pleasantly surprised at various contributions by our forumites Let me state emphatically without mincing words that personally as an individual I don’t give my hard earned money to AGENTS or whoever or whatever appendage they call themselves. Having said that let me address some of the issues you raised in your write up. Am particularly interested in item NO 9 and 10, you said I should not border to visit Qatar airlines to make inquiries because they will tell me almost the same thing we already know and you went ahead in your number 10 to state that Qatar visa has 15 days tourist visa and also 6 months visa but some people argued that it doesn't make sense to go to Qatar with either the tourist or visit visa and that when you put the money together it would almost equal the amount of money you would have spent to acquire the 5yrs Qatar visa! With due respect sir i disagree! This are my final submissions on this Qatar visa matter. As an individual i cannot pay N500,000 -700,000 to anybody or agent for visa to Qatar when people in Qatar are complaining that life over there is not rosy e.g Kaliphate. There is no guarantee that even when a forumite intends to embark on the journey and consults an agent with huge sum of money that he or she will not be swindled of there hard earned cash! So whats the solution? how else can we address the issue!! SOLUTION! SOLUTION!! SOLUTION!!! where i seem to differ in views is that everybody seem to be talking about the problems eg, Agent defrauding people, Ogagpatakpata and co do not want their names to be involved in recommending anybody, Dr Dre going into stealth mode, most people are talking about the criminality of agents etc etc etc etc. Did you notice that in all the write ups there are no solutions for people intending to visit Qatar who dont know anybody in Qatar and might have applied for jobs online to Qatar companies without any success but desire go to Qatar, all they still keep saying is if you know a trusted person that can help, so if u don't know anybody your case is as good as hopeless abi? Igwe said i should not border to visit Qatar airways, am sorry i don't agree with that submission! my intention to visit Qatar airways is to make detailed investigations as per the various visas that can be issued if the airline was to act as a sponsor, maybe tourist visa of 15 days or 6 months visit or whatever! accurate information is power!! This is the way am thinking, if peradventure i arrived at the airline and am told i could be giving 2 weeks tourist visa to qatar at say $100 and i buy my ticket at 120,000 naira or so, that means with less than N140,000 i will arrive at Qatar! so if it was difficult for me to get a trusted person to do the 5 yrs visa for me from Nigeria for the fear of being swindled, are you now telling me when i arrive in Qatar with my 2 weeks tourist visa and i network in church, Nigerian embassy in Qatar and various other companies where Nigerians are well placed i might not get somebody that can assist genuinely at a reasonable amount that is far removed from the 500,00 to 700,000 our agent brothers charge for there fees without guarantee? Am just thinking aloud and i would want my Dear Brother Dr Dre to assist with this my line of thought as we are talking Qatar matters now, and please never say its impossible! for nothing in life is really impossible!! I do not intend to visit Qatar but am trying to echo the silent frustration of many people desperately thinking of what to do! Let me paint a picture! if i wanted to go to Qatar and i have no trusted person to assist me and even the money requested is far too much in my estimation (500,000-700,000) and no company has employed my services, as an individual i would simply collect the 2 weeks tourist visa at $100 ( if its available) and buy my ticket at 120,000 naira and after words i would process the 1 month renewable dubai visa, so on my arrival in Qatar i would network in churches, expertrate Nigerian community, Nigerian embassy in qatar and other various places. I believe sincerely after 2 weeks i might be able to get some form of solution as to what to do,( after all despite kaliphates numerous complaints he just told us he has gotten a job) and if peradventure i was not able to get a solution in the 2 week before the expiration of my visa , i would head to Dubai by Bus after all i have my 1 month renewable Dubai visa in my possession. and i could re enter into Qatar at any other time after all they just a few hours bus ride from each other, i.e after acquiring a fresh 2 weeks Qatar tourist visa from Dubai if needful. Rough calculation Qatar tourist visa say $100 Dubai Visit Visa $85 Flight say 120,000 Total about 150,000 you will notice from my calculation i have spent quite minimally compared to 500,000 or 700,000 that agents charge, an amount which does not include flight ticket. Am not an expert in Dubai or Qatar matters but i know where there is a strong will there is always a way! Thats the spirit i bring to the table! a spirit that looks for solution always, like Henry Ford( an unschooled man) that told all the award winning Engineers that it was possible to build an internal combustion engine when they all agreed it was scientifically impossible, like martin Luther that had a dream that one day blacks will become equal and prominent when it looked unimaginably impossible (ask obama now) . solution solution solution! am tired of amplifying problems, pontification and grandstanding! @ Naijamedrep, i just viewed your profile and saw your pix, you are a gentleman sheath you sword! @Jammyng, i viewed your profile also! kindly allow peace. Lets not derail the thread!! if we are able to brainstorm collectively on the way forward i believe a lot of rancor/darkness associated with Qatar visa issues might receive some illumination. Am posting this write up at 12 midnight it shows how serious i view this issues! |
@ Ogakpatakpata Good to read from u. I'm just seeing many of the posts now and now know better. I'm back in 'stealth mode'.
. If Dr Dre d OTUNBA of Qatar continues in stealth mode and High chief Goodtalk continues in ghost mode, tell me what will happen if T'he IGWE should emback on Desert mode? So what will happen to t'he twin kingdom of Dubai and Qatar! Dr Dre! by d powers confered on me as a high chief i hereby pleaeeeed with u to exit d stealth mode and provide concreat answers to JaremyNG's request! @ Fbi/cia u said “we know that Qatar visa is not a DIY" am not sure JaremyNG knew about that before he started asking all those numerous questions. I read d post of some of our forumites and i smile, lets call a spade a spade! Getting dubai visa is easy, simply goto etihad airline with your 83dollars and pronto u are in dubai! But Qatar no be so o! Dr Dre if u are telling us its easy and not difficult to get d Qatar visa pls show d kingdom d way! Pls let me clarify a notion! Dubai visa is not free u have to pay almost 100 dollars to get it thru official channels{tru Etihad} atleast a fee was paid to get it processed, so Qatar gurus tell us t'he official amount that can and should be paid if we are intreasted in getting d' 5yrs visa. I keep wondering why d Qatar issue is always shrouded in secrecy and silence! We all know u need d' service of someone to assist u with d qatar visa because of its pecularity but when someone says he was consulting an individual assist him get d visa we deride him and say he is doing it at his own risk, so na watin man piking go do now? As DIY no possible! Agent na taboo watin qatar enthusiasts go do now? Infact i dey vex in d course of next week i go visit Qatar airline to discuss comprehensivly with those people and you might be surprised they have tourist visa of 2 weeks that d airline can give to prospective travllers! Anyhow from there u can begin to look around and partner with any company that might be able to assist, if not at expiration of your visa u can suffrey enter a bus to dubai! In other word before living nigeria just collect 1month dubai visa and 2weeks tourist Qatar visa{that is if it exisits}! Hmmmmmm am still Thinking! |
jammyng: Oga justwise, I don't have any. Pls can you give me a link? I understand all visas are done by the companies but I have no link to those companies and no one in qatar to run around for me. I can't do a "FREE" visa from Nigeria.@jammyng! U wanna hear d truth straight up? Qatar visa is not a DIY visa! And nobody wants to say it straight as it is! Its easy to keep saying if a company employs u or u know any Qatari family to invite u, that to most of our forumite is next to impossible, u can submitte application to Qatar companies for 2yrs straight without any positive result and as U no no any qatar family nko? T'he handwritting is on t'he wall only t'he wise like Daniel in d bible can decode it. My challenge has always been how else can we help Qatar entusiasts genuienly and openly, without driving them unecessarily into the hands of wicked agents { i mean wicked and mean agents} well maybe d only solution na fasting and prayers! Dubai visa was similar in nature, in 2005 when i first visited dubai its only 2 weeks visa they issue to Nigerians and you must have a sponsor, airlines were not really into visa processing as they are doing now, infact they have made life easy for dubai wanna bees! So lets hope t'he Qatar visa process relaxies otherwise your best bet na to consult ; |
jammyng: Hello house, I greet you all. Long time away from the thread, I've been busy since I came back from dubai.. Hi Jammyng! How u doing bro? If i may ask why your sudden love for Qatar? U just arrived from dubai abi d place no kajad in your own estimation? ![]() |

Yinkagbo: @ogapak and justi4.......I appeciate ur advise and encouragement words.........damn it,dubai is too expensive......200usd gone within 9days...God have mercy.......so kallas means end or stop...an agent scan 40 pple 1000dh each onto helping them for job tins......the guy collected the moni frm them and flew to nigeria.....niger,I hail ooooooo..... Wonders shall never end! Mans inhumanity to man! Why will someone dupe others of hard earned money and elope? From little mathematics 40 people X 1000 =40,000 Dirham X 43 = 1,720,000 naira. Na d thunder of God go fire that thief! Yinkagbo its well with u! Just persevere and it will turn out all right. Igwe sorry for the ghost mode i have being around reading every bodys contibutions, am really not that far from the palace. @ Dr Dre More Grease to your elbow u doing a great job.
