I once tried importing in 2014. But I had difficulties selling them, and making profit from it. People said my market price was too high. But it was just at a reasonable level. My major problem is getting a product at a cheap price, and selling them within a short time. I tried listing the watches on Kaymu then, but nothing good really came out of it. I'll appreciate if I can get your book and learn the tips listed above. That will solve my major problems which are my fears on importing. Rather than build an economically stup!d liability at 22, why don't you build a business, a firm, get graduates off the street, and contribute to the economy of Nigeria, instead of a redundant Landlord association?

As he has rightly said, I don't think building a house should be a top priority. Our main priority should be to build a stable and profitable business. One won't stress himself to build a house after that.
