I agree with you. But @ the same time, education is still meant for those that can afford it. Not everyone could have access to the loan your parents got then. I'm sure no one cared about the source of your school fees too. In all, tertiary education is expensive almost everywhere in the world. So I believe the statement is right.

The oil price has continued to slide after the lifting of economic sanctions against Iran Not everyone agreed with the RAC when it said that petrol could become cheaper than bottled water.

RAC wagered that if the price of oil slid below $20 barrel, it could push petrol prices to 90p a litre - while a fall to $10 a barrel or less could see petrol sold at 86p a litre, or cheaper than a bottle of water.But only if you are a water snob, according to the Hydration Council, who emailed us to say that the average price of a litre bottle of water, purchased in a multi-pack, is 38p. Take that, Perrier drinkers.

On Monday, the price of a barrel of Brent Crude dropped below $28 and Twitter started fighting over things that are more expensive than a barrel of oil, including a barrel.

In any case Remo made a good observation - when millions are killed in Nigeria, many of the Nigerians changing their profiles to french flags now can't be bothered. They even come out to mock the north - they say things like " let them kill themselves" now that some people die in france of thesame terror they are changing their profile pictures to french flag. It's called mental slavery.

Why do Nigerians like being critical about everything. We just like showing we are better than others. If I decide to use the flag of Guinea Bissau or Trinidad and Tobago as my profile picture, how does it affect you. I think we'll achieve alot by minding our own business, and removing the log in our eyes before removing specs from someone else's eyes.
