I am about attaching it to my squadhelp account via Wise. I have chosen EUR as preferred currency and outside Europe as my location as seen in the picture. I hope this is correct process?

For USD transaction, it's account number, swift code and the rest you need to give not IBAN, IBAN is only use in the SEPA or EUROPE countries.

My Payoneer on Dan is linked to my Grey pounds account.Will I need to remind Dan to send the USD amount to payoneer with Pounds?Or I need to edit it and use Geepay USD account to link my payoneer on Dan?

What of Dan sending it to Payoneer first, would I lose lot money, I normally receive money from Payoneer to Geepay USD without any problem.

Dan and Grey are really confusing me now, I told Dan to send money with GBP which is Europe/SERP and Dan sent with USA (International Wire) which I believe will be returned.

I just opened Geegpay account and it got verified instantly but I can't request GBP or Euro account. Only USD is available
