Mckandre:
who knows when redmi note 5 is coming out?

Between now and February hopefully.

Holuwaxheun:
My boss, na only redmi 5 plus be dey use SD 625 while redmi 5 dey use SD 450. The redmi 5 is not really that a big kill for redmi 4x, except for the wider screen and front flash, but don't forget redmi 4x killed it here with battery, and better display quality cos of the screen size.

Let's just hope the price won't be overhyped my bro.

The snapdragon 450 beat the snapdragon 430 well, plus the 14nm process go make the battery performance very good too.

Dam5reey:
I took time to check phone section now,
To my surprise just 2 or 3 Tecno thread..

These guys are doing 0 marketing in Nigeria
Xioami
Umidigi
LeEco thread
Oukitel about 3
Leagoo

So without customer care/service center many are now buying these products

Ppl eyes don dey clear now, dem predict this for this thread around January. Deceptive marketing nr dey work again na . Imagine how the LEeco thread dey grow daily.

certifiedfool:
Abeg what is the difference BTW x622 and x626 aside from the ram and camera megapixel. is there any difference in the picture quality...
Also I notice there is no tempered glass and pouch for this phone on jumia...where can one get this...
Links to website will be appreciated
Is it advisable to order from jumia cos I notice most people that order this phone from them have their order canceled...
Thanks...

Don't think there is any difference in camera quality even though I haven't tested it, if there is, it should be very slight. You can buy a tampered glass from local vendors, it fits well, then order for both tampered glass and cases from AliExpress if you want. You can order the phone from Jumia, those with canceled orders were orders mostly placed on Black Friday.

2kurupt:
With the introduction of the plus version it's beginning to look like the "note" name might be dropped.

Well, it won't happen for now since the processors will be different, at least snapdragon 630.

henryduru2:
Abeg ooo ah go ask again my item was dispatched to NG on 30th wet in de hold am for air naw Cruz as ah dey here ah no geh phone name person phone wey ah de use

Even when shipping was fast, it usually takes around 7 days for your item to pass this stage.

maestrojay:

PrinceMario:

Why u dey stress ursef na, phone go definitely come, nothing fit do am. Abi u dey fear say money go lost? Practically impossible for that to happen. Nor b who first order go first receive im phone, we don dey used the such experience before.

bobo65:

grinface98:
Kerosene found its way into my phone this morning. Should I be worried? I've dried out the exterior but I ain't sure how much of it entered the interior. The sound produced by the speaker has been kind of abnormal. Should I wait for it to completely dry out? Or I need to act? Cc: GrandMufti Gptech abeg o

Ontop phone wen u dey testify about since? Village ppl nr dey far ooo.

2kurupt:
Good morning y'all. Am surprised the recent launch of the Xiaomi Redmi 5 & Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus went unnoticed on this great thread

https://m.gsmarena.com/xiaomi_redmi_5_redmi_5_plus_official-news-28621.php

Finally there's a worthy successor to my loyal & reliable redmi note 3 that Redmi 5 Plus looks sexy

I foresee these two devices rule the midrange market for the year 2018 @GPtech @GrandMufti what ya think?

Nice devices seriously, plus price is good, they really make the Redmi note 5 worth waiting for, I think that should be the upgrade to your Redmi note 3.

Grinface98 and guydangerous, una nr go kill person oooo .

beegurl:
Guys pls how can I contact jumia cc, got that sms that said my package would be delivered on Wednesday but dem never deliver o, I called d no attached to the mail I got, it was ignored. If it's not delivered today that's till Monday, I need to scream at someone, I needs their cc contact even if Na email addy

You can also visit the nearest pick up station and do the screaming there, they will locate the item for you themselves.

SIRJOENATOR:
Hmm.... Interesting,
How much does the mi5x cost now

cc noobody, protein0, Holuwaxheun, emaminaj.

Dondavee:
You guys should help a bro out with the download limiter stuff

You can't download or what?

bobo65:
My money enter my acct

Voucher ke
I no go go their head office go break bottle?

Hmmm, dem pay back your shipping fee?

zubebs:
i got mine too but they didnt add shipping fee to it, did they include it in yours?

That's stealing .

SIRJOENATOR:
Lol I never used xiaomi device before so I have no experience with the miui .
What do you have against stock android devices?

Stock is too bland for my liking. Infact, if you buy the Mi A1, I take it that you haven't bought a Xiaomi, you need to try out miui.

bobo65:
I don't see any uncanceled message here
Or maybe i don't get u clearly

#edited
Okay I just saw ur full screenshot
This is so funny

Anyways my order that was canceled I on d first, I just got refunded this evening

Good, hope you opted for cash instead of voucher?

SIRJOENATOR:
Abeg which is better?
I dey eye the phone, is anyone using it here?

Both are the same, depends on what you want, for me I hate stock Android and so will go for the Mi 5x. Take note that the Mi A1 will get Android upgrades better than the Mi 5x, be sure its like an Android one device.

SIRJOENATOR:
I mean they both have same design and specs

Mi 5x runs on the normal XIAOMI ANDROID rom called miui, while the Mi A1 runs on pure stock Android.

iliyande:
Go beg Jumia CC

Naaa, check the second screenshot, they just shipped the cancelled order all of a sudden .

I nr kw whether na dis thread or other threads but I don get another twist for this matter oooo, imagine Jumia don change their mind 'uncancel' my order . If anybody get this kind message make im indicate oooo.
cc Bobo65, Grandmufti, Iliyande.

nenergy:
8gb = N1,800
16gb = N3,000
32gb= N5,200

These are the prices I bought last and no issue whatsoever. Reviews and ratings

Good for you, let's see how long it lasts, hope you have tested the speed, and what class did you buy? The one I managed to buy from Jumia that pretended to last, started losing files after some months, I don use am dash since .

Souljeezy:
iz dat even possible?...
They refunded ur money nd still gave u d item?..
I beg to differ

You'll be surprised, I bought a T shirt from AliExpress some weeks back, it arrived without the print that one the front that made me buy it, I opened dispute and I was refunded in less than 15 hours, plus it was resolved I keep the shirt.

iliyande:
where tolu sef

D guy dey on low key now.

GrandMufti:
E clear say their arguments na based on hearsay.

Me sef tire ooo, like say we dey work for any of the platforms.

iliyande:
bro even at that, I bet if it should be AliExpress, you are sure of refund, compensation or even a new one.
when a seller in aliexpress wrongly describe an item and you purchase it, it turns back to be a hook.
Aliexpress standard shouldn't be compared to Jumia at all.
Jumia is upcoming but not close to Ali yet. they should try and work on return/compensation policies and also improve their CC.

Hehehehe, ask Toluwanimi07, naxo e buy one Samsung 8 gig for around 4k for Jumia, d thing nr last a week.

1boylikevhis:
I get fearful by the passing of any call i receive from the post office to receive items I ordered days before or after the very one
Is there a cause for alarm? especially when on En.trackitonline.ru, it shows an "Update Item Information" status on the 12th , exactly a day after it was shipped?

There is no cause for alarm.

OCTAVO:
Hello my people, please I need una help ooo.
I've been trying to remove my Google account from my Redmi Note 4x, and I keep getting this message This change isn't allowed by your administrator as seen in the screenshot below. Has anyone experienced this before? How can I remove Google account from my xiaomi phone?

Strange. Maybe you should reboot and retry, or try logging out all devices from pc.

Hehehehe, didn't even speak of cases where different sizes of shoes were brought to me, the funniest was a case where the pair of shoes was for just one foot . I know this happens on Aliexpress, but very rare. Good thing is you get compensated on Aliexpress but on Jumia you are on your own.
