Guys check out this device has the same spec with mi max prime and it cheap. Leeco cool1 $155 with dual camera on aliexpress
https://m.aliexpress.com/s/item/32720080416.html

Great phone and nice specs, and the price is wonderful too, just don't trust the EUI. Would have loved to experiment but for spare cash for that.

Horlaarsco:
How una dey use Chinese ROM abeg.. chinko go too much na

Nope, almost everything is in English.

Horlaarsco:
na global ROM?

No, store rom. There is no global rom for redmi pro for now, only Chinese rom. Will flash Chinese rom when I have the time.

hay2zed50:
Thanks bro, this came at the right time !

Always welcome.

hay2zed50:
So, I was about to finalise my order of Redmi 4 prime/ Redmi Note 4 MTK from Xiaomi online store only to realise both prices has suddenly gone up, so I'm thinking of trying Eternal Team (ET), they also offer Ali standard shipping, anyone with any experience with the store (ET) ? Thanks for ur help as usual !

Eternal Team are as good as Dreami and Xiaomi online stores, ordered a redmi pro from them on the 15th of January and collected it February 2nd. They even included a glass screen protector that looks like plastic, didn't like it though because it increased the bezels of the phone.

ABMC:
That's fast. I'm dying for this phone cos of the screen and battery. Pls how is the performs so far? The purchase price also pls.

Purchase price depends on the rom size. Currently the 32gig rom version is about $193 plus added 32gig memory card from dreami store. Perform is superb, will blow your mind.

Guys nougat is closing in, redmi note 4 SD gets nougat beta 7.1.19

Was even suppose to launch with Nougat.

ABMC:
Both works bro, i used both the access visa and mastercard linked to same account today on aliexpress

That's good, but how did they calculate the monthly limit?

mike234:
Follow the link below and also the screenshot.

http://www.xiaomidevice.com/xiaomi-redmi-pro-4g-lte-4gb-128gb.html

Ok, no need to panic, it's India only. They are not permitted to sell mtk phones in India afterall, and the post saying they experimented with the redmi pro doesn't mean that they are discontinuing the phone or stopping support for it.

mike234:
Thanks bro. Been able to complete my order. I cancelled the previous one and was able to order for another one. The issue now is that the fone (redmi pro) has been discontinued and i have already paid. What do you think i should do here.

Where did you get that info?

dustmalik:
You should allow people to decide what's expensive for them. Don't try to spoil someone else's business. Do you know how he sources for his own dollars?

Seconded! Those guys buy in bulk, there's no way to outsource dollars at rate less than even #420/$ when you are buying in bulk.

Redmi pro 2 leaks, more goodies are on the way

Atoos:
Please oh!! Ejoor!!

Where can I get this new Xiaomi redmi note 4 in Lagos abeg....

I'm tired of this infinix hot S

Change your download location to SD card, but apps are always stored on internal storage, and not movable.

My guys i need advice ...... I want to buy a device buh im kinda confused tho ... I want to buy a phone with performance and battery life .... I have my options narrowed down to the mi5s 4gb 32gb and mi max 4gb 128gb which do u think i should go for amongst them

Never compare a midrange and a flagship when it comes to performance the only reason you can talk of the Mi max here is battery, and the Mi 5s doesn't even disappoint in this area.

bologzy:
Gud am room, my name is Bolaji, it is nice to meet you guys. Generally am new to online purchase. however i will like to buy a xiaomi phone with considerable feature.I have only budgeted 20,000 naira. Could you pls recommend a a nice model within that range and explain the process of getting one at aliexpress? I will be grateful.

Not enough, minimum you can budget is about 34k.

jaidoski:
I need a very good xiaomi tablet, anyone in house with suggestions, seems dey make less tablets,

They only have two generations, Mi Pad and Mi pad 2, both 7.9 inch. Maximum ram is 2gig plus 64gig rom. Memory expansion is available for the older Mi Pad but absent in the Mi Pad 2.

toluwanimi07:
heard skye bank works too bro

That's cool, at what rate? Make I go ready to dust my ATM card.

itunity007:
oga d same problem am also facing now oooo I contact stanbic on fb and was told to go bank and ask for their dollar card

Gucciboss:

I saw 150 contacts synced but I have not seen any in my contact list

Go to contacts, and import the 150 contacts.

I don't really believe this battery optimisation crap.
big battery is big battery!

That's how Samsung was shouting optimisation and used a 2600mah battery for S6 only to end up with terrible battery life.

Under heavy usage, that small battery won't hold up.

To see is to believe, let me give you an example, the Mi5 with 3000mah beats the redmi note 4 with 4100mAh battery. Forget the issue with the s6, optimisation starts from the chipset, then the software. Agreed there is no reason to justify the meagre 2600mah on the s6, they could have easily use a 3000Mah, but were blindly after the race for slimmest flagship.

quivah:
Hahaha
Abeg o, no be so , make una no vex..
My school don resume after 8 months strike and its exam straight away so i no get choice. Dem no even leave me make i enjoy my phone very well before we call us back. But i no mind,i don grow old 4 house, can always come back to hold and cuddle my xiaomi after my exams.

jboixxx:

Y una dey disturb person wen go on adventure?

Worksunlimited:
Samsung sef... Xiaomi been giving them nightmares since time immemorial...

Wetin Samsung do again na, na d power of influence dem only use, even Lg g6 go suffer am too

Worksunlimited:
Iffa hear... The redmi note 5 specs dey look towards been a disappointment...

It would be a shame for the mi6 to follow the same route...

The Redmi Note 5 won't be q disappointed, I expect the snapdragon 653 and nothing else, and maybe the screen size will be bumped to 5.7 inch. If the latter is true then am almost sold out, but will still hold on for a flagship.

Give examples of good cameras for easy comparison.
