I had the same issue, the picture I took for passport I cropped it from my head to a little below my chin with the default picture editor on my phone, then I use paint on my laptop to resize the required pixels. Untick the measurement box. I was alternating between chrome, UCWeb and opera browsers both on phone and laptop. When I got to the level of uploading documents chrome and opera failed me, UCWeb came to my rescue, after which I got a message of my details and application number, which it has an option of sending it to your mail. I wish you success.

D only thing safeguarding my sanity is working out.. Venting the frustrations on those iron bars.. I lost fat and built up muscles.

That is the requirement for Ntel 4g service(preferred network "4g only"

For you to use Ntel on any 4g/lte phone, you must put the preferred network to 4g only before the network will appear, if the preferred network is 4g/3g or 4g/3g/2g the network will not come up, so you must set your preferred network to 4g only. You can also buy the wawu sim to get 12gig for 1000 naira.

which one is better?

Currently using gionee x1s and I can confidently tell you that it is a no go area else you will regret it. Where do I start from, the camera is bad both front and back with fake color and annoying noise in the picture with bad quality output when zoomed even in outside shot with day light. The security is poor that it is easily virus prone, it lags alot and app crashes like there is no tomorrow. The bloatware takes up the little memory size of the phone, also the battery is nothing to write about and it heats up alot. If not that it was gifted to me, I would have sold it and get a phone off my choice. The x1s is a no no for me, I prefer the M6mirror for it sharp front and back camera and battery quality
