You downloaded manually or OTA? How many MB was the update you did?

Did you follow this process when you did your last update?

Yes i downloaded manually and it was 2.8gig, i followed the procedure. This is my screenshot

If you feel it is from your ROM, download full ROM Manually and install.

Download with a Download manager like 1dm+ Pro google search for it

After downloading.

How to manually update..

Go to Settings > About phone > System update.

If tapping the 3-dot button shows the “Choose update package” option, click on that and choose the downloaded ROM from your internal storage or SD card. In case you don’t find the “Choose update package” option from the 3-dot menu, tap on the MIUI 11/12 logo inside the “System update” page several times. A prompt will then show that additional updater settings are now available. Now you can tap on Choose update package and select the MIUI 11/12 update file

That’s it. The system will start decrypting the file and install it automatically for you. Wait for it to finish the process, which may take 10-30 mins

Data should be on during the decryption process

It is on the latest update which i did the update manually.

Each manufacturer has a way they show usage stats this is Xiaomi's method.

If you aren't satisfied there are third party apps for this like Glasswire data usage monitor. It has been in existence for long

You can't, the only thing you can do is Dual Video. Use both cameras at the same time.

I just noticed on my N10p when I'm recording a video I'm not able to switch cameras i.e there's no option to switch cameras either front of back camera while recording is ongoing, please is there a way to fix this or that how it is, thank you.

I did mine at the early stage at about 2am or so without issues except for the passport which the size was bigger but i cropped it until i got 50kb which when i uploaded it was 49kb, the application was successful and i saved the data page on my phone which has my passport picture. I just logged in to the site to see my data page but it was without passport, I'm not bothered cause i have the one with my passport on my phone, when it's time to print, I'll print from my phone.

I'm still noticing that YouTube venced after using the app and closing it, it still stays on lock screen notification, no matter home many times i swipe it off once from the lock screen it still comes back when wake the lock screen. I thought the new update will fix it but it's still the same. Rn10pro miui 12.5.3 update.

If it is a new SIM you're eligible for 100% data bonus on default tariff plane for 3 months, so go for 3500 for 24gig or 5000 for 40gig

I tried casting with my phone to a tv and i was surprised it connected effortlessly without issues cause i was thinking it will not connect due to complaint from people that tried casting their phone and i thought i was going to download uniplay and uniconnect if i was not able to cast but i didn't, although i found out there was uniconnect on my phone as a system app but there was no uniplay and i was still able to cast my phone. My phone is rn10p and I'm on 12.5.3

That is beyond you. It is just the network operator not interfacing with Xiaomi servers when it happens.
