The diversity that the Northerners have hijacked?

The one that someone who scored 50 in jamb from the north will be given admission before someone who scored 300 from the South.

The same Northerner after coming out with 3rd class will be placed above the southerner who finished with 2.1 in the office.
The the southerner will be doing the office work and the Northerner will be more concerned with promotion.
