Ok. I'll be objective since you requested. In the South "some" girls are sexually active usually from 12 or 13 upwards. Far very few girls do so below that age. But understand "most importantly" that it happens mostly with their male peers and playmates within their age group usually in their schools or neighborhood.

This makes it easier for the girls cos the male genitals of their peers is also under-developed and can match the girls without causing tear and turture.
