Part of the academic records released by the Chicago State University, indicated that the “Bola Tinubu” who got admitted into that school, graduated from Government College, Lagos. The fake Bola Tinubu in Aso Rock, has been disowned by old students of Government College, Lagos. And he has never claimed that anymore in all his filings.

Do Government Colleges admit female students?

You graduated with second class lower or upper? Why are you hiding it? If it is the former, your academic pursuit has been diminished in the British Commonwealth of Nations. You may be accepted for postgraduate studies in certain American and European post-secondary institutions.

These people are being sadomasochistic creatures. A signature can be any contraption. I have severally signed my initials on documents rather than the full signature to certify an omission or corroborate an addendum. There is no lacuna in the space for signature in this specified document.

A document is signed by the official empowered to do so. A transcript, testimonial or whatever is compiled, certified and signed by the extant official where there is no certified original.

During the military era, there were several students and pedagogic personnel in the only nine or so Federal universities of Nigeria, especially in Medicine from India, etc. Tuition fees were the same for all, no discrimination. A Nigerian who got admission into a Texas University System paid in-state fees. Ahmadu Bello University and University of Lagos had the highest intake of foreign students and expatriate teachers in the country. The Nigerian university hostels and libraries were more equipped than those of USA Universities but almost at par with Western and Northern European Universities, per inter alia course books. Course books are deficient in USA university libraries.

There is nothing like national or state accreditation, but regional in the USA. FYI, regional is greater than State. There are five geopolitical zones/regions in Nigeria but 36 States and FCT wherein each is less than its region. WAEC made up of five anglophone countries in West Africa sits accepted by the global community.
