Menh!! Na wa ooo the OP needs some medical attention. Comapring the F7 and S4 is crazy. How you wan compare boi-boi and CHAIRMAN. However the F7 is a nice phone with nice specs to price but it can never be compared to the S3 in every department.
I feel a lot of people are surprised at the fact that a lot of nigerians are buying this tecno mobile phones despite the "chinko" Label. It annoys them when tecno users say "my phone can do anything yours(samsung,HTC,sony,etc) can do". No matter how it might sound but that's true. The only disadvantage the tecno users have is the lack of updates and re-saleability. However, with a rooted phone, that's not gonna be a problem.
Finally, Tecno fans should pls stop comparing a low end phone(F7,N7,N3 etc) with a high end phone(S4,HTC one,xperia Z etc), dem no be una mate at allllllllllllllll!!

Tecno F7 has good specs for price. It can never be compared to S4 or S3. F7 is unique on its own. If you want to compare, compare it with phones within its price range. It would be a great start for those new to Android and an upgrade from the n7.

Tecno has finally upped their game, nice one. My only worry is updates. Let's try and pressure tecno to release updates for their smart phones. I believe f7 could be updated to 4.2(gingerbread). However with me and the rest of the android nation expecting the Andriod 5.0 (keylime pie) very soon, I guess I would hold out for a while.

Hotdiamond: whay are you saying. the camrea is auto focus boldky written at the back of the phone under the camere lens. I've even tried it out. it focuses very fast. you don't even need to waste time when takin shots

the UI is so smooth you'd hardly experience any form of lag. that's good for the gamers.

finally the battery lasts pretty well. charged it around 7pm by 7pm the next day the batteey level is just at 15%, just light browsing via wifi, setting it up and downloading some useful apps.

if u wana get a new android phone and your budget falls between 33k to about 38k, then the tecno phantom A1 is a must buy.
