_UNSTOPPABLE MOGHALU: A KICK TO THE TOAD IS A LIFT ........_ ........The plot thickened but Moghalu's star shone brighter! The recent fabrication and dissemination of a fake court order purportedly restraining Chief Dr. George Moghalu from contesting the November 8th gubernatorial election in Anambra State, has backfired spectacularly, like a boomerang returning to its sender with amplified force. Instead of achieving its intended goal of discouraging the public and undermining Chief Moghalu's candidacy, this malicious attempt has only served to further galvanize support for the Labour Party's standard-bearer, fueling the fire of his unwavering determination, and leaving his opponents to wallow in regret. The people of Anambra State are not naive; they were able to see through the desperation and deceit that characterized this latest ploy by Chief Moghalu's opponents. As the saying goes, "A kick to the toad is a lift for it." Every attempt to bring Chief Moghalu down has only seemed to lift him higher in the eyes of the public, like a phoenix rising from the ashes, stronger and more resilient than ever. With the solid backing of Labour Party's national leader, Peter Obi, and the entire Labour Party family, Chief Dr. George Moghalu's momentum is unstoppable. The party's unwavering support is a testament to his leadership abilities and vision for Anambra State. Chief Dr Moghalu's emergence as the Labour Party's gubernatorial candidate has sent shockwaves through the political establishment in Anambra State, and his popularity and acceptability among the people are undeniable. His vision for a new Anambra, built on the principles of inclusivity, economic empowerment, and purposeful leadership, has captured the hearts and minds of Ndi Anambra. Obviously, the unfazed leader, Chief Moghalu's time has come, and no amount of propaganda or desperation can alter this fact. The Labour Party and its supporters remain undeterred by cheap antics. Family political structures are more determined than ever to ensure that Chief Moghalu emerges victorious on November 8th. The winds of change are blowing across the State. The people are ready to take control of their destiny. Ndi Anambra are therefore urged to dismiss the baseless propaganda and continue to support the candidate who has shown a proven track record of leadership and vision. Maintaining confidence that Chief Dr. George Moghalu will emerge victorious, like a rising star in the Anambra firmament, our prayer is that the electorate receives the grace to make an informed decision. Moving forward, let's continue to focus on a positive campaign, showcasing our principal's vision and policies for Anambra State. Let's keep moving forward, with Chief Dr. George Moghalu leading the way! The writing is on the wall: Chief Dr George Moghalu's victory is inevitable!. _A kick to the toad is a lift......_ Kate. SERVANT LEADERSHIP FOR A BRIGHTER ANAMBRA: WHY CHIEF DR GEORGE MOGHALU'S PHILOSOPHY MATTERS. By Kate Okeke Door-2-Door Media As Anambra State stands at the crossroads of its future, one question echoes in the minds of its citizens: What kind of leadership will propel our state forward? The answer lies in the philosophy of servant leadership, embodied by Chief Dr George Moghalu. Chief Moghalu's conviction that "Every opportunity to serve is divine, and every servant will be held to account if not here in this world, then in the hereafter," resonates deeply with the aspirations of Anambra people. A leader guided by this philosophy would prioritize the needs of the people, strive for excellence, and conduct themselves with integrity. This approach would usher in a new era of transparent and accountable governance, where resources are harnessed and utilized for the greater good. Development projects would be executed efficiently and effectively, and service-oriented leadership would become the hallmark of governance in the State. Leaders would recognize their role as custodians of the state's future, working tirelessly to improve infrastructure, healthcare, and education, which in turn, would enhance economic development, driven by visionary leadership that prioritizes the welfare of citizens. Ultimately, the impact of such leadership is highly transformative. As Anambra voters consider their options in the forthcoming Gubernatorial election, they should ask: Which candidate embodies this heavenly philosophy, and who will most likely bring divine mandate leadership to the table? Our choice of leader this November 8th, will determine the trajectory of our state's future, which is why it is imperative to choose Chief Dr George Nnadubem Moghalu, Ohamadike, with his commitment to servant leadership. Chief Moghalu is naturally wired to serve with integrity and humility. His style and approach to leadership is the kind that fosters an environment of trust and cooperation, where every individual can thrive and reach their full potential. Moghalu's philosophy is not just a promise; it's a blueprint for a brighter future. With such philosophy guiding Anambra State, it would experience a resurgence of purpose and unity. Let's rally behind Chief Dr George Moghalu, the champion of progress who posseses a deep understanding of service that truly transforms lives.

Why I Didn’t Attend Buhari’s Burial – Obi Peter Obi, the Labour Party presidential candidate in the 2023 elections, has explained that he was unable to attend the burial of former President Muhammadu Buhari due to flight restrictions and limited access to Katsina Airport. Speaking to journalists on Wednesday in Daura after a condolence visit to Buhari’s family, Obi said his efforts to travel on the day of the burial were hampered by air traffic control measures put in place for visiting dignitaries. “There were no flights yesterday. Even if you had one, you couldn’t land at Katsina Airport. It was all closed because of the many dignitaries,” Obi said. He noted that although he could not attend the funeral service on Tuesday, his visit remained timely and meaningful. “The mourning continues today and tomorrow. Whoever comes now is still part of the mourning,” he added. Obi emphasized that his presence in Daura was driven by deep respect for the late president, whom he had met during the 2023 campaign. Recalling their interaction, Obi said, “I remember his words to this day: ‘Please care for the poor Nigerians.’ That’s what I always remember.” He commended Buhari’s dedication to the welfare of ordinary citizens, saying, “I believe he did his best within his capacity.” Reflecting on the significance of the moment, Obi described Buhari’s passing as a solemn reminder of the inevitability of death and the need for public servants to act with humility and service. “We all have to learn how to serve our country, knowing that one day we will be called back by our creator,” he said

IFEANYI UBAH’S REPLACEMENT: WHY ASPIRANTS SHOULD STOP RIDICULING THE DISTINGUISHED OFFICE By Chukwuemerie Uduchukwu The recent wave of declarations by various individuals aspiring to replace the late Senator Ifeanyi Ubah in the Anambra South Senatorial District has sparked a significant discourse, often bordering on ridicule of the esteemed office. While it is natural for political ambitions to arise following the passing of a prominent figure, it is crucial for these aspirants to recognize that the contest for this position transcends the confines of Nnewi, encompassing all seven local government areas within the Senatorial District. This broader perspective is essential for any candidate hoping to resonate with the electorate and secure their support. The late Senator Ubah was not only a formidable political figure but also a man whose success was underpinned by deep-rooted connections and grassroots support. For any aspirant to genuinely consider stepping into his shoes, they must understand that mere ambition is insufficient. They must be grounded in the realities of local politics and possess the necessary connections to navigate the complex power dynamics that exist both at the grassroots level and among the elite. The late Senator's victory was not merely a product of his hard work; it was also safeguarded by his ability to forge alliances and garner support from influential quarters. Without such connections, any aspirant risks being overwhelmed by the entrenched powers that often seek to manipulate electoral outcomes. Moreover, it is imperative to acknowledge that, as it stands, the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) possesses the organizational capacity to effectively mobilize and defend votes across all seven local government areas of the Senatorial District. This reality should serve as a wake-up call for all aspirants. They must engage in serious political strategizing and coalition-building rather than treating the office of the Senator as a mere stepping stone or an object of ridicule. The political landscape is fraught with challenges, and those who underestimate the complexities involved do so at their peril. The Igbo adage "Azọta ana ewe chọba ute," which translates to "One must first gather before spreading the mat," aptly encapsulates the current situation. Aspirants should prioritize strengthening their political forces and building a solid foundation of support before contemplating a run for the Senate. This involves not only grassroots engagement but also the cultivation of relationships with key stakeholders and influencers within the political arena. In conclusion, the aspirations to replace the late Senator Ifeanyi Ubah should be approached with the seriousness and respect that the office demands. It is not merely a contest for power but a responsibility to serve the people of Anambra South. Aspirants must recognize the need for a comprehensive strategy that encompasses grassroots mobilization, political alliances, and a deep understanding of the diverse needs of all constituents across the Senatorial District. Only then can they hope to honour the legacy of the late Senator and effectively represent the interests of their constituents. _Chukwuemerie Uduchukwu writes from Abuja, Nigeria._
