deomelo: Look here, the man confessed already that he did not do what he was supposed to do and he's not even denying the charges, meaning he transgressed, meaning he admitted guilt.
This is self-explanatory and last I checked, he did not deny or question the charges. Are you slow in the head or just playing dumb and stupid? Are you stupid and ret@rded not to be able to show us where he categorically confessed to the charges that are yet to be served on him personally as at the date of his chat with the Premium Times ? The man has not confessed any wrong doing. In his chat, he claimed an omission and not a guilt. You are the one making things up. Why are you finding it difficult to show us where he accepted he was guilty. Your media trial can only deceive your kind. |

deomelo: Obviously, you saw the ignorant gap and trap in your argument, hence refusing to answer the question.
You are dismissed. I have zero time for ignorant people with lousy comprehension skills. It is obvious that the shame is on you, else, you would have shown us where the CJN admitted he was guilty of asset declaration falsification. This goes to show you poor comprehension skills to have equated the admission of an error to the acceptance of a crime. Even if he actually committed the crime but denies it does not mean he has pleaded guilty. Try to read and understand. |

That was my question.
What is the meaning of I forgot?
Answer the question and stop dancing around with your poor comprehension skills.
Btw, this is not my opinion, the man himself uttered that statement, it came from him. I don't beat about the bush. If your claim is true, then, show us the reference. Stop showing your poor comprehension skill. |

. He has not admitted or pleaded to be guilty. If there is anywhere he categorically said so, I challenge you to reference it. Your opinion is not the opinion of the CJN. Stop distorting facts. |

The is a wrong reportage from Punch, reading through the details, these so called funds the FG borrowed were invested by the PFC in government securities and the headline from punch is nothing but misleading. armadeo: Honestly I am not following your training thought.
What you are trying to say is a Visa candidate felt he did well and was denied Visa. Well that means he didn't do as well as he thought.
Also the major problem we have with American Visa is the fact that the entire process has been destroyed by Nigerians who thoughtnknly of themselves and not of others. Hence they'll collect your money consider you a flight risk and deny you Visa.
You have the right to attempt the exams In as much as the demerit of a claim is considered, in all fairness, the merit should be considered as well. The same right I have to attempt an exam should be extended to the examiner to be fair in his or her judgement. That is what should be expected of a balanced system. Yes, some Nigerians have abused the system; It doesn't mean a fair case should be ignored. |
Politics › Re: Onnoghen, A Clog In The Wheel Of Justice- MURIC Attacks CJN by Great2017: 11:36am On Jan 16, 2019 |
deomelo: You missed the part where he openly admitted that he forgot to declare his assets as demanded by the same Nigerian constitution he swore to defend and uphold. That was an admission of guilt because he did not deny the charges and he in fact accepted the charges, but blamed his transgressions on innocent, but ignorance of the law excuses no one.
He confessed already so get off that ignorant show me this and that. He forgot does not mean he admitted or pleaded to be guilty. You should get off the ignorance of poor comprehension. |
Politics › Re: US Visa: Reps Panel Chair Nkem-abonta Attacked Me Over Punch’s Report - Activist by Great2017: 9:03am On Jan 16, 2019 |
armadeo: Please explain how this relates to Visa fees.
As I said paying for an exam isn't a guarantee you will pass. Is the examination body now fraudulent?
The Visa fees is clearly stated as non refundable and without guarantee. A fraud is a fraud. Paying for an exam is not a guarantee that one will pass. However, passing an examination and the opposite is declared is a fraud. It is even worse when payment is involved. Try to put things in the right perspective. |
Politics › Re: US Visa: Reps Panel Chair Nkem-abonta Attacked Me Over Punch’s Report - Activist by Great2017: 8:47am On Jan 16, 2019 |
armadeo: Why do you call it illegal extortion.
Theres no guarantee that you will be given a Visa. Its clearly stated that the Visa fee is non refundable.
Illegal extortion is when somebody stops you on the road and collects money from you not you walking into the police station to make a payment.
Paying for an exam doesn't guarantee you will pass . If you don't like illegal extortion, then, the National Assembly should stop the stealing by trick or fraud. Is it not stealing to take something by trick or fraud? |

Did the CJN admit to being guilty to not declaring his assets? do you know when submitting your asset declaration you also swear an ooah? Do you know lying under oath is perjury? What moral justification do you have to defend such behaviour? Shouldn't you be demanding he resigns because he didn't obey the law.
Poverty is not an excuse to defend corruption Can you show us where the CJN admitted he was guilty? |

If you don't like the incessant visa denials by the United States, quit being tribalist and stupid.
Yes, fix your country and stop traveling to the United States. But the National Assembly can do something about the illegal extortions. Don't you think so? |

Politics › Re: Seven DIGs To Go As Buhari Appoints New Inspectors-General Of Police by Great2017: 1:40pm On Jan 15, 2019 |
PassingShot: 2 from SE out of 10. 3 from SW out of 10. 1 from SS 5 (including this newly appointed) from North which means 5 from NE/NW and NC since 1999.
So, what is your point again? My point is you are distorting facts. Can you name the two IGs from the South East? Mind you, Mike Okiro is from Rivers. |

PassingShot: Still check the archive and the name Mike Okiro will pop up.
Modified Past IG of Police Louis Edet (1964 - 1966) Kam Salem (1966 - 1974) Muhammadu Dikko Yusufu (1975 - 1979) Adamu Suleiman (1979 - 1981) Sunday Adewusi (1981 - 1983) Etim Inyang (1985 - 1986) Muhammadu Gambo Jimeta (1986 - 1990) Aliyu Attah (1990 - 1993) Ibrahim Coomassie (1993 - 1999) Musiliu Smith (1999 - 2002) Mustafa Adebayo Balogun (2002 - 2005) Sunday Ehindero (2005 - 2007) Mike Mbama Okiro (2007 - 2009) Ogbonna Okechukwu Onovo (2009 - 2010) Hafiz Ringim (2010 - 2012) Mohammed Dikko Abubakar (2012 - 2014) Suleiman Abba (2014 - 2015) Solomon Arase (2015-2016) Ibrahim Kpotun Idris (2016-)
So, of 19 past IGPs, 9 have come from the South (5 of them from SE/SS). Your comparison should begin from 1999. How many have come from the SE? |

SirToby: https://www.nairaland.com/4956710/break-what-cjn-told-ccb The link you sent never claimed that the CJN was guilty of any asset declaration falsification. Below are the alleged chat between The Premium Times and the CJN: " In one note seen by this newspaper, Mr Onnoghen said he “forgot to update his asset declaration, after the expiration of his 2005 declaration”. " Mr Onnoghen also explained that he believed that the form SCN 000015 filed in December 2016 after he emerged acting CJN would cover for the period after his confirmation as CJN ". How did the above chat translate to being guilty of asset declaration falsification? The Premium Times never said so and the CJN never said so too. I will advise you read the piece again, but, try to put your sentiments aside. |

If they steal or kill today, such acts should always be tied to GEJ, abi? You have an infantile reasoning. Grow up. The guy runs a CSO, he acts on its behave as you can deduce.
