If this sort of thing happened in the East, the homosexuals would be lucky not to be lynched. Unlike the Hausa Fulanis and their culture of Yan Daudu/homosexuality we are civilized in the East.
Taba21: Good judgement if this kind of thing happened in the south east, they will rather swept it under the carpet cos that's the symbol of claimed fake success
Didn't your stupid, criminal child rapist, illiterate, armed robber, fake "prophet" say that his parents were in hell? I guess he forgot to tell you that he would be joining them there.
Nova1988: I pity your life, you will be used for suya in hell. child of Satan.
Sharia law was used to justify the murder of Deborah Samuel.
Christians have a duty to keep an eye on the antics of the followers of the illiterate filthy child rapist from Mecca as a way of protecting ourselves from their evil.
An Islamic court in Bauchi state has sentenced three men to death by stoning for raping two boys, an official said Friday.
Bauchi is among a dozen states in the north where Sharia law is in operation alongside common criminal justice.
The court in the town of Ningi handed down the sentences on the trio on Wednesday, Sharia police or Hisbah official Adamu Dankafi said.
They were accused of raping two boys after drugging them, he said.
Raping minors is punishable by death under Nigeria’s Sharia law, although like most other death sentences it has never been enforced . In this case, the men were charged under a law related to homosexual acts.
“The Upper Sharia Court One in Ningi handed down the death sentence on the three men for committing homosexual acts with two brothers aged 10 and 12,” Dankafi said.
“The three are to be stoned to death as prescribed by the Bauchi state Sharia penal code based on their confessions during interrogation by our men and before the court,” he said.
He said the men were arrested in Gwada village in May following complaints by parents of the two boys who said they had been drugged before the act.
Dankafi said the men aged between 20 and 70, were not represented by a lawyer during the one-day trial, adding that they have one month to appeal the sentence.
Forty students and faculty members from Morehouse College Glee Club in Atlanta, United States of America, USA, on Wednesday took Igbo names and declared their ancestry to the Igbos of South East Nigeria.
At an official naming ceremony held at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, the students narrated how they traced their Igbo ancestral roots through DNA tests, which they described as reaching.
The traditional ruler of Ibagwa-Aka community in Igbo-Eze South Local Government Area of Enugu State, HRH, Igwe Hyacinth Eze, who performed the ceremony in conjunction with the Ohanaeze Ndigbo, the apex Igbo socio-cultural organisation, expressed happiness over the reunion of the Igbo-Americans with their ancestral brothers.
The monarch said he was also happy because of the spiritual, cultural and economic exchanges which would happen as a result of the reunion, adding that he is willing to provide lands for those that are willing to live in his community.
Speaking during the ceremony, the President of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Enugu State chapter, Prof. Fredrick Eze, said the reunion would help in the development of Igbo communities.
However, the Public Affairs Officer, United States Consulate General, Lagos, Stephen Ibelli, said the Club came to Nigeria to mark the 50th anniversary of its first visit to Nigeria in 1972.
He equally explained that the Club would tour Abuja, Enugu and Lagos States to strengthen US-Nigeria cultural ties through music, arts and film.
“The Morehouse College Glee Club, which is celebrating the 50th anniversary of its first tour in Nigeria, will offer public concerts in Lagos, Abuja and Enugu. In addition, the group will visit universities and high schools, meet Nigerian students, and explore their historical ties to Nigeria.
“The 1972 visit to Nigeria infused African music into the Glee Club’s tradition and American Choral music in general. Fifty years later, choirs across the United States sing in Nigerian languages, highlighting the long-term impact of that exchange.
“The Morehouse College Glee Club has since learned a variety of songs in Edo, Yorùbá, Hausa, and Igbo, including a piece specifically composed for them by Igwe Laz Ekwueme, famed Nollywood actor and University of Lagos professor.
“During the visit, the Morehouse College Glee Club will carry out a dynamic exchange of musical knowledge with the broad spectrum of the Nigerian society, singing in Hausa, Igbo, and Yoruba languages,” he said in a statement.
A cross-section of attendees at the event Also speaking, U.S. Ambassador, Mary-Beth Leonard, explained that the visit will strengthen the longstanding ties between American and Nigerian institutions of higher learning, and further expand the scope of academic and cultural relations between the United States and Nigeria.
“Cultural exchanges such as the visit of the Morehouse College Glee Club will help contribute to strengthening the bonds of friendship and collaboration through music and arts, offering an opportunity for Nigerian students to learn about academic experiences in the United States,” she stated
Many of the student members of the Morehouse College Glee Club described their visit as an opportunity to connect with their African roots.
“I love the culture of Nigeria,” 19-year-old Schneider Grandpierre, a junior third-year student studying Music and Computer Science at the Morehouse College said of the trip.
“It is such an enriching and amazing experience to be able to reconnect with our cultural roots and sing Nigerian music in different languages. I look forward to an extended stay here even after this tour,” one of the students said.
Expressing his excitement about the visit, 23-year-old John Batey, a Business Administration major and tenor singer for the choral group said he has been able to trace his roots to Nigeria through a DNA test. “We will be exploring the Nigerian creative and entertainment industry. I am excited about the tour.”
Director of the Morehouse College Glee Club, Professor David Morrow, explained that the choral group will perform a repertoire of African and American songs particularly African-American spirituals which have roots in West African music traditions.
Professor Morrow noted that the Morehouse College Glee Club is rooted in Dr Martin Luther King, Jr’s legacy. Dr King who sang in the Morehouse College Glee Club was one of the notable alumni of the Historically Black College in the United States.
Some of the Igbo names given to the Igbo-Americans include Ezuomike, Ogalanya, Odenigwe, Anyim, Ifeanyi, among others.
Among those who witnessed the ceremony was the National Publicity Secretary of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Dr Alex Ogbonnia, who also represented the leadership of the apex Igbo socio-cultural at the ceremony.
Disgraced R&B singer R. Kelly was sentenced to 30 years in prison Wednesday, according to the US Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York, following his conviction last year on federal racketeering and sex trafficking charges stemming from his efforts over years to use his fame to ensnare victims he sexually abused.
Prosecutors had asked the judge to sentence Kelly, 55, to more than 25 years behind bars, while his defense attorneys asked for 10 or fewer, saying prosecutors' request was "tantamount to a life sentence."
Survivors of Kelly's abuse held hands and prayed as US District Court Judge Ann Donnelly began reading his sentence. Kelly -- who wore a tan prison uniform, dark-rimmed glasses and a black mask at the hearing in federal court in Brooklyn -- showed no emotion.
"You left in your wake a trail of broken lives," Donnelly told Kelly, whose full name is Robert Sylvester Kelly.
In deciding the sentence, Donnelly said she considered Kelly's own traumatic childhood, during which his attorneys said he was repeatedly sexually abused by a family member and a landlord.
"It may explain, at least in part, what led to your behavior," the judge said. "It most surely is not an excuse."
Jovante Cunningham, a former backup singer for Kelly, praised the sentence.
"I started this journey 30 years ago," Cunningham said outside the court after the hearing. "There wasn't a day in my life up until this moment that I actually believed that the judicial system would come through for Black and brown girls. I stand here very proud of my judicial system, very proud of my fellow survivors and very pleased with the outcome."
A jury convicted Kelly last September on nine counts, including one charge of racketeering and eight counts of violations of the Mann Act, a sex trafficking law. Prosecutors from the Eastern District of New York accused Kelly of using his status as a celebrity and a "network of people at his disposal to target girls, boys and young women for his own sexual gratification."
The five-week federal trial in Brooklyn included testimony from witnesses who said they were sexually and physically abused by Kelly. The court also heard from people involved with orchestrating the disgraced R&B singer's 1994 marriage to the late singer Aaliyah when she was just 15 years old and he was an adult after she believed she'd gotten pregnant.
Kelly's attorney, Jennifer Bonjean, said he would not address the court, pointing to the other criminal case faced by Kelly, but said before the sentence was read that her client "rejects that he is this monster."
"He accepts that he is a flawed individual," Bonjean said, "but he is not this one-dimensional monster that the government has portrayed and the media has portrayed."
Kelly made his only comment in response to the judge after Bonjean said he wouldn't speak: "Yes, your honor, that's my wish."
Bonjean said she advised Kelly not to speak at the sentencing because of pending litigation against him, but added, "he has regrets. And he is sad. Nobody wants to hear what he heard today."
Prior to sentencing, the court heard impact statements from seven of Kelly's victims, including Jane Doe 2, who testified at trial.
"It's been 23 years since we knew each other, and you've victimized a lot of girls since then," she said, addressing Kelly. She later added: "Now it's your turn to have your freedom taken from you."
"No one can undo the harm that has been done to these victims," attorney Gloria Allred, who represented three victims who testified, told reporters Wednesday outside court. "But at least it's time for Mr. Kelly to be accountable."
Defense attorneys and prosecutors argued Wednesday in court over whether Kelly even could pay a fine. The defense said he is "pretty close to indigent" and could not. Prosecutors disagreed, saying money from the sale of some of his music rights and millions of dollars in royalties held by Sony could cover any fine.
In the nine months since his conviction, Kelly has replaced his entire legal team with Bonjean and her firm. Bonjean is the attorney who helped Bill Cosby get his sexual assault conviction overturned and also represented Cosby in a civil case he lost this month at trial.
"We were prepared for it," Bonjean said of the sentence outside the court. "We are now prepared to fight this appeal."
Kelly is being held at a federal detention facility in Brooklyn and is expected to be moved back to Chicago, where he faces another federal trial in August on child pornography and obstruction charges.
In over 14 hours of interviews with psychiatrist experts, Kelly said his closest relationship growing up was with his mother. His earliest memories were watching his mom perform as a singer in a band called "Six Pack," and he would often accompany her to McDonald's where she would drink coffee and they would share a pastry.
Kelly had never met his father and described his mother's death as the most tragic event of his life, saying he would go to McDonald's frequently to smell the coffee and remember her, according to a letter filed by Renee Sorrentino, a clinical assistant professor at Harvard Medical School.
"To me, the 'M' stands for mom. Going to McDonald's is always being around my mother," Kelly said.
But his childhood was also marked by trauma.
Kelly saw a childhood sweetheart drown when he was a little boy. And people interviewed by psychiatrist experts say Kelly was repeatedly sexually abused beginning when he was a 6 or 7-year-old boy, his attorney wrote, saying he was abused by his older sister and also a landlord, at times on a "weekly basis."
An agnostic is someone who doesn't believe in God, but is open to the idea of God if he receives material proof/evidence for God's existence.
An atheist on the other hand is someone who is 100% convinced that God has never existed and will never exist.
sundaygray: Omo i observed the life, learned different religions sat down and thought about life in general and also, never had a spiritual encounter i have spent money, a lot of money for a spiritual encounter but no level baba. The lack of evidence just make me chill. Your illiterate degenerate "prophet" desperately wanted credibility so in order to boost his low self esteem, he began claiming that his pagan idol god allah who the Quraysh have always worshipped since the days of their ancestor Adnan is the same as the God of the Jews and Christians.
Of course true Christians reject this nonsense.
AntiChristian: But holy spirit didn't let you accept my definition that spirit is same as soul from your Bible.
I think you're pained here as i don't even have time to reply you.
All the translations i use don't carry you interpretation.
And mind you, we describe Allah in the best way possible without blemish.
It's the Christian God who can't die but will find one way to still die.
The God that was described with various demeaning attributes that ought not be attributed to someone called God.
But one 52 year old agbaya "marrying" a 6 year old girl is wonderful isn't it? If you lack the discipline to be monogamous and commit to one spouse, who is stopping you from fulfilling your lustful desires like your child rapist fake "prophet"? After all the main reward you will get in Jannah is polygamy and everlasting sex.
AntiChristian: I don't believe Christians do fornicate despite they having holy spirit.
I always thought only non-Muslims fornicate.
Shebi na one man one wife? Una eyes go clear!
What is marital and premarital sex?
How did Jesus define marriage? How did he celebrate the marriage he attended in Cana?
As long as the dance is not obscene or provocative and she didn't abandon her duty post to do it, no true Christian will condemn her for enjoying her life.
FERNANDEZISBACK: Why Is she so cute.. I hope Religious Dumbos won't condemn her act..

An FCT High Court in Gwagwalada, FCT, on Tuesday ordered a 21-year-old student, Babatunde Samuel, to clean the premises of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for two weeks for internet fraud.
Samuel pleaded guilty to cheating filed by the EFCC and begged the court for leniency.
Delivering judgment, Justice Aliyu Shafa, ordered Samuel to clean the EFCC premises from 8 a.m to 10 a.m for two weeks under supervision.
Justice Shafa also ordered Samuel to undergo counselling by EFCC legal department for a period of one month.
Shafa, also ordered the convict to enter a bond to be of good behaviour for a period of two years from 21st June 2022 to 21st June 2024.
Shafa ordered that the items (laptop and cell phone) used to perpetuate the crime be burnt.
Shafa warned him to desist from committing crimes and be of good behaviour.
The convict in his allocutus pleaded with the court to tamper justices with mercy, adding that he would not indulge in such act again.
“I regret involving myself in internet fraud, I will never do it again I promise,” he said.
The Defence Counsel, Mr E. G. Inalegw, in support of the allocutus by the convict told the court that Samuel, who had no previous conviction record in Nigeria was remorseful and repentant.
”Samuel is the first son of his aged mother who is currently hospitalised, he just finished his secondary education and gained admission into the university.
“He moved down to Abuja to seek for greener pastures but ended himself into internet fraud,” Inalegw pleaded.
Inalegw pleaded with the court to tamper justices with mercy, promising that the convict would not repeat such again.
Also, an amicus curiae, Sylvester Ogbelu, pleaded with the court to consider the age of the convict and grant him non custodial sentence especially with the condition of the mother who was aged and currently very sick in the hospital.
Earlier, the EFCC Counsel, Khalid Sanusi told the court that Samuel, alias Andy Wong through his Facebook sometimes in 2021 cheated by pretending to be a Chinese oil and gas engineer based in Italy.
Sanusi said Samuel, in that regard tricked his victim by name Karen with intent to obtain the sum of 10,000 dollars.
The offence, he said, contravened the provisions of Section 321 of the Penal Code and punishable under Section 322.
The remaining 50 abducted passengers of the AK-9 Abuja-Kaduna bound train are being threatened by snake bites, sicknesses, The PUNCH reports.
The negotiator and media consultant to controversial Sheikh Ahmad Gumi, Tukur Mamu, raised the alarm on Monday.
This is just as the families of the abductees renewed their call on the Federal Government to come to their aid.
The PUNCH reported that the bandits had penultimate Saturday, released 11 persons out of the 61 abducted train passengers.
Mamu urged the Federal Government to hasten the release of the remaining 50 passengers before it is too late.
He announced his withdrawal from the negotiation team for “for personal reasons.”
According to him, the health status of the remaining hostages is fast deteriorating owing to the fact that they are being exposed to dangerous conditions.
He said, “This is not the time to politicise issues. The lives of very promising, innocent Nigerians are involved. Their health is deteriorating by the day. Even animals without proper care will hardly survive in the environment they are forced to leave for nearly three months now.
“I believe the government is aware and has taken note of the testimony of the 11 victims that were secured. It makes me sad when issues like this should not be treated with the seriousness and speed it requires.
“The government must activate all avenues of diplomacy. It must be at the top of its priority now. We must not be distracted by prioritising 2023 as I am sadly seeing now, while there are visible and glaring threats of losing the remaining victims.
“There has been no major pronouncement lately by all the major political gladiators. All the major political parties have expectedly kept mute. Is it because none of them or their family members are involved?”
Mamu, who is also the publisher of a Kaduna-based newspaper, Desert Herald, said, in the current edition of the newspaper, that apart from the lack of diagnosis and treatment coupled with poor nutrition, poor sanitary condition, the hostages were being exposed to “unbearable forest life, most of the innocent hostages have lately developed series of life-threatening complications, with some vomiting blood.”
He disclosed that the condition of the hostages’ underlying illnesses was fast deteriorating; urging the Federal Government to act fast.
Mamu said, “I can confirm to you that there are many snakes in that forest. Some of them are victims of snake bites as they appear frequently in the night. They only depend on local solutions to treat it.
"The bites as we know can be life-threatening. The government is the only authority with the means and powers to end this crisis as soon as possible. And with the right approach, I can assure you it can be achieved within days or weeks. We have proven that in the release of the 11 victims.
“I keep repeating that when one, by circumstance, is left at the receiving end of every bargain, particularly a bargain that will secure the lives of innocent people from dreaded killers, the government must be prepared to make compromises and take painful decisions.
‘If we can tolerate corrupt officials that are stealing billions every day as a result of which poverty and insecurity increases, for me it is not out of place to use negligible part of such stolen resources to secure such victims whenever the need arises. And if for any reason the government did not act promptly, since it has been alerted, they must be prepared to take full responsibility.”
The leader of the victims’ families, under the umbrella of relatives of AK9 Abuja-Kaduna Train Kidnapped Passengers, Baaba Mohammed, described the news as disturbing, urging the Federal Government to hasten its efforts at rescuing the remaining victims.
He said, “We are pleading with the government not to relent in its efforts. We have just 11 persons that have been released and the information we are getting on those still in captivity is disturbing.
“We can only plead with the government to hasten the process of rescuing the remaining people. The situation is overwhelming for all of us and we want them to do whatever they can do as quickly as possible.”
First of all, watch the video. It's only 30 seconds long. You'll see that I'm being sarcastic.
Eriokanmi: Wake up. Read today's news about the goings-on in Katsina and some other northern states. Mass defection has hit the apc .Mallams are at it again on their "betrayal" game .
The problem with carbon dating is that it becomes increasingly error prone the further back you go. It's okay when it's used to date artifacts from a few thousand years ago, but once you start going into millions of years, it begins to be error prone.
frowland: But it’s the same dating method that was used? So what gives?
They discovered the burnt bones of human beings in the ancient cities of Sodom and Gomorrah. They also found balls of sulphur which are still highly inflamable even till today.
Forensics showed that the heat from the sulphur was so intense that it warped and twisted the bones of the dead people of Sodom and Gomorrah.
The root of the word is based on the ancient Semitic language that pre-existed Abraham, but the meaning of the word in Hebrew is not the same as the meaning of the word in Arabic.

Allah means Elohim. Why are you deceiving yourself?
A "prophet" confessed that Satan inspired him with Scripture and you claim that as evidence of authenticity? Okay, carry go. I actually agree with you that Satan inspired the koran. That is why allah is referred to as Satan We Trust SWT.
Also, you seem to have forgotten that your Caliphs and leaders warned you against believing that allah can protect the koran because many chapters are missing from the koran:
Abdullah b. 'Umar reportedly said, 'Let none of you say, "I have got the whole of the Qur'an." How does he know what all of it is? MUCH OF THE QUR'AN IS GONE .Let him say instead, "I have got what has survived."
