Yes. I squat twice weekly.

I do a full body workout from my home gym 4-5 times a week.

Bench press- 10x3(to failure on the last set)

barbell curl- 8x3

tricep extension- 10x3

lateral raises-10x3

barbell pullovers- 10 x 5.

barbell rows- 10x5

Then I squat twice a week(ass to grass hitting depth on each rep) 10x5.

This takes two hours to complete.

The best thing about having a home gym is the accessibility.

I will be looking for two or three people with a technical background in the near future to write articles on different technologies. I will provide the reference papers that would be summarized to formulate the contents of each article.

I envision this will be slightly more difficult than the typical asssigments from Zemandi but I will be paying more. I will also try to follow most of the processes Zemandi laid out. For example, payments will be made in dollars using Paypal.

Once I have the reference materials, I'll create a different thread.

There's no way to find your book without using the search bar for now Until your book begins to sell.

Use the search bar, locate your book and then if the book has started selling, you should see its rank below. There you will also see its rank in the category. You can then click the category and see its lined up in the number that is it ranked.

Women have already been preconditioned to believe women hate themselves, that's the problem some of you have.

My boss is a woman, older than my husband and single!
Normally, people would say with all those characteristics, she would be 'angry'_ but she isn't. She is the best thing to happen to me. The male superior couldn't even teach me one thing, all he knows how to do is stare at my ass.

The only thing I can agree with is, female bosses pay lots of attention to detail. It's one of their God given qualities, so...they tend to push people over the edge to get things done. Of course, since she is female_ it would be misinterpreted to mean, women are this and that.

I have a dream, to one day be at the very top. Any man that can't deal with it, should fuk off! Life is a whole lot more, than pleasing people with pricks... because I have noticed it's males that complain most. Most men can't naturally deal with having a woman lead them_ useless ego.

I always believe this until I had my own experience during INDUSTRIAL TRAINING and was posted to different sections and branches.

Its not even about preconditioning, these women obviously hated other women working under them. using tools like thinly veiled insults and open threats.

Even as a guy, I had to work on egg shells with meaningless complains, demeaning comments disguised as criticisms, and let me tell you, I have learnt since childhood that ego takes you nowhere. So I worked as hard as I could and resumed so early that the manager had to give me the key to my office. its a big and popular oil coy. nobody takes key home.

I also had some male bosses who surprisingly didn't have this problem. In fact, from what I saw, HR ensured that there were no cases of sexual abuse and things like staring at women was unheard of(there were mostly Hausa men though). I don't know what happened in the background.(the way the female I.T students were dressing, you just know they were looking for something. It got so bad that HR had to call a symposium and issue a dress code IN A FORMAL ENVIRONMENT)

I agree with the point that their home life contributes a lot as their is a lot of domestic violence in Nigerian marriages.

Not all female bosses are bad.

But all these stories being reported, surely it can't be a coincidence or a case of gender discrimination even from fellow women.
