If you have not done that , try it. Overwhelm him with praises especially in the public and private. Do thanksgiving for your sister's graduation and publicly thank your father for providing the money for the education and request prayer for him for more blessings and wisdom to lead the family.

l had to open this account to tell this story and l know that l will be bashed for this but l really need to get it off my chest.

One great mistake you are making is that you failed to realize that enemy can come in any form. Either as friend or family members!

Enemies MUST be treated as enemy!
Call you Enemy who also happens to be your sister and tell her she is the prime suspect and if she doesn't provide her supposed culprit within 3days, she would be dealt with to the full extent of the law and beyond.

Keep reminding her from time to time until the duration lapse if she failed to provide the culprit then deal with her as threatened nothing should be left out.

Move your family out of that house to a separate apartment.
