How do I chk d ielts score

Please those that got denied us visa, apart from putting it that Yes I have been denied a us visa what else can one put there as I just put only that and someone said I’m supposed to explain why

we went to renew our visa and VO checked everything and our previous payment and she said after all regular question and regular answer now we will give you short term visa for 3 months starting form proposed traveling date coming September
need advice please (my wife not pregnant now - previous visa for her 2 years for me 5 years )

From the scripts read here, am able to confirm that applicant(s) doesn't need to wait for 6-months interval before re-applying after (221g) denial. Especially when the applicant(s) has a close date to travel to state (not for childbirth), and the applicant(s) has an explanation he wasn't allowed to clarify during the last interview and to also clear the air on any bad notion that could have been documented against the applicant(s). Please house, hope the applicant(s) will not be assumed to be desperate for reapplying almost immediately (say 3-months after)?

The place I’m confused is I’m due to travel June I’m seeing previously refused date for July and regular May please which one shud I follow

I really don’t get you.... if those are your options then u have to chose the more obvious one...? Or u keep refreshing n hoping for a close date. This tho might be risky as u might lose both dates.

So after a month waiting for dropbox I have been invited for the 221g interview I was dodging. Oh well, I wish me luck. it has been scheduled for Monday. (so fast I know. company did it). Going with all receipts. Paid 21k in total . Maryland.
Also going with the change of intent letter incase I am asked why I used a B1/B2 visa.

Yes it will state what you want. But it is not being changed for change sake. It is being changed to avoid a refusal.

Very soon we will soon see transcripts asking why the applicant modified the address on birth certificate. And the VO would accuse the applicant of trying to cover her tracks after using government funds. Enter birth certificate modification saga.

My point is we can't circumvent everything. Let's face it headlong and hope for the best. It wasn't intentional. If they don't listen then fine. Move on.

Everybody with his or her own decision,if u want to move on fine,I will open up and say I made a mistake and I’m in d process of correcting it, watever rocks your boat pls do, it’s their visa and if they deny bcs of birth Cert the only thing I can do is try to amend it,I can’t say I won’t and force them to give me visa.i can only try

We cannot allow visiting immigrants to take advantage of various loopholes in our current immigration policy...

By codifying the current immigration system to only allow a Child to become a Citizen at the time of birth if and only if one of the parent is either a U.S. Citizen OR a Permanent Resident we would be eliminating most if not all who only sole purpose to give birth in the United States is simply to circumvent the Immigration channel already put in place by the United States Government...

No mind am, instead of him to focus on his life. Like how does birth tourism concern him? I work in the hospital and I pay my taxes , it’s not bothering me.

Even in America when I went for docs appointment a woman that gave me a lift the day I went to register was asking why I’m paying this much,I started explaining self pay bla bla bla before she could understand

If an employer finds out he has a corrupt worker the best is to sack the worker not the people he’s rendering services to,that’s wat I expect the embassy to do,work with them,but we learn everyday

Even with it being legal people are still abusing it with all kind of sneaky ways to get the visa and still end up abusing the terms of the visa.
