The profit margin is around 9% of working capital per production batch.
A typical production batch involve:
a) Procuring the Paddy.
b) Parboiling the Paddy and drying.
c) Milling and De-stoning, Bagging, Warehousing.
d) Marketing/Sales

Buy old layers or broilers, slaughter and process them into frozen chicken.
There is a blast-freezer in Abuja that charge commission per number of chicken processed.
Profitable also.

Try rice milling and processing. It is hot cake right now.
Buy paddy rice from Niger, Kwara, Nassarawa, etc, use modern milling and destoning system, bag them in nice looking printed bags and sell in Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt etc.
