Brabus NG: New and coming soon... Sir Qc-1's Project

I might be wrong but there seems to be a delibrate attempt to misinform

Qc-1:

@ all
FYI.
Brabus is handling my project. Matter of fact, today will be day #1 on the site. I know you all can't wait to call me a prospect victim or a "mugu". It is well IJN! I believe we all human can make mistakes. Better than that, I believe we all deserve a second chance. I look at the quality of the job he did on this thread and was convince I'm not going to regret it. Brabus might not be the best accountant or the most honest contractor but I belive he is a gentleman.
It's okay if you wanna throw a rock or two at me. All I can is I thank God for ever thing.

Note that this was on DEC 10TH 2013

Qc-1:

I'm hoping to open a tread or continue with this one if im permitted. I will start loading pictures as soon as we finished the foundation. Lord knows I've talked to Brabus and I'm sure the issues the has on the tread will finish with happy ending. BTW....day #2 on my site.

Dec 11th was supposed to be Day 2!

How come Dec 25th
Brabus NG: New and coming soon... Sir Qc-1's Project
Appears to me as a FUTURE & NOT PROJECT IN PROGRESS ON Day 15th

I hope this is ONLY wrong usage of English Language and NOT an attempt to MISINFORM the Public as if this guy is the ONLY qualified builder in Lagos

shymexx: It seems these clowns have never watched the British parliament and how they shout one another down, including the PM and deputy PM.

Anyway, she looks like she has down syndrome - so I can't really blame her.

Coupled with the innate victim-card syndrome, then you would have a double whammy of stupidity.

Just tell her to go provide answers to the 50 questions. End of.

There are people who TRULY suffer from Down's Syndrome and it was never their fault.
Please, stop Stigmatising. You are being ungrateful to the Almighty God who gave you good health!

If you lived outside Nigeria, I tell you, you would have been tracked down and taken to court for this statement of yours.

This is exactly what this topic is all about: make your point without insult
Politics / Re: . by greatgilbert: 1:35am On Dec 22, 2013
Rumour has it that OBJ was the one that recommended GEJ to President YarAdua as running mate.
His reason then was that GEJ was not power hungry and will not give YarAdua wahala the way Atiku gave him wahala.

OBJ cited the fact that he, OBJ, had removed the governor of Bayelsa but GEJ refused to take over until Alams himself urged him to.

OBJ said Odili and Donald Duke are both hot-headed guys who will desperately want to be President at the 1st opportunity.

President YarAdua bought this idea of OBJ and quickly dispatched a presidential helicopter to go get GEJ less than 24 hours before he was announced as the running mate to President YarAdua.

Now, the wahala is that GEJ is NOW the President and C-in-C and he is acting like one and NOT taking orders from OBJ!
OBJ thought he could and would remote control GEJ from Otta but NOTHING FOR OBJ!

It is a perfect opportunity for OBJ to retire with his loot of the Nigerian treasury especially as GEJ is not putting EFCC on his path but OBJ is so greedy and looking to 'continue chopping somehow'!

Why OBJ no decamp

I'm so sad!

Please, decamp and take Atiku with you.
We in PDP don't want you and Amaechi, Atiku and you know the others.

Please, all of you should hurry and decamp.

2015, ALL those decampees will be voted out in the Senate, House of Rep, Government and anywhere they are hiding.

icebeatz: Dont know who designed the building but its n8t creative.

This design is particularly popular in the south east/south south....
Everybody that has made small money seems to own a builsing like that... (including my old folks)... its so distasreful and liveless.

Get creative.

you're probably right but...

could you suggest some alternatives
what appeals to you
please contribute to greatness and don't stop at just 'criticising' conclude with YOUR contribution of what a creatively designed building should look like.

you don't have to draw it, just describe it and someone here will draw it and we can take it from there.

Abagworo:

And what is wrong with the pre-cast technology.

Let me give you a few examples of what is wrong with that environment:
1- tarred major road adjacent to classroom windows
2- distractions from people doing PE (Physical Education is a subject at school or you don't know)
3- you have only 8hours per day for effective teaching/learner so that environment is not so arranged
4- 2013, technology, technology. I will tell you that I have been searching to see what was installed outside boy nothing oh I saw water-tank. No technology
5- somebody is confusing entrance/exit with fire-escape
6- ability for modern crowd control and security not visible

Do you want more

Abagworo:

And what is wrong with the pre-cast technology.

It's a great technology BUT very wrongly applied!

There's a way you arrange a school to make it conducive for learning, that place is not inspiring.
Ask google what school looks like

Blocks do not make a school, even Gov Amaechi's schools look more like it.
Atleast, Rivers state is not that far so you don't have to look to Europe and America for examples.

You are training leaders of tomorrow and not cattle rearing my brother.

12 Presidential lodge suites and 36 governors' suites, ?military detachment and ?a police post?
this guy na clown!

Worse: a clinic
The place is uninhabitated and looks mouldy!

My advise, use your money to set-up a world class hospital in Igbere and employ atleast 3 emergency-room physicians and other specialists. These specialists will inform OUK what equipment they need.
That specialist centre can be an off campus of ABSUTH based in Aba.

Having a room and calling it a clinic is a joke!

Specialists can only remain in specialty if they practice and your people in Igbere will help with this.
They will get 1st class health so you don't have to fly to London for ordinary headache.
A time comes when there would NOT be enough time to fly then you too WILL get that 1st class treatment!

All that structure na wash

When I heard 'camp' my mind went to Camp David in America.
Camp David is not about the structure.
It is about the SECURITY and ABILITY to respond to disaster!

They have an air-ambulance which is atomic bomb resistant there.
They can hold more than 10,000 high grade casualties (even open brain surgery, open heart surgery, crazy things like that) unaided for many years! Go figure

I will NOT send my enemy's children to those kind of primary school if that is what they are building in 2013

How can you build something like that in 2013 and call it school

Chei!!!

Very soon he will travel to London for 'check-up'.

A five year old child overseas plays with computer and can log-in and out and
can type 'Disney Jr games' or 'Nicky Jr games' or Mickey-mouse games' on google and have fun.

They can use 'spelling aids' (a game on Nicky junior)!

These children tomorrow will be the doctors in those hospital this governor will attend for his dementia in old-age!!

Please, build real school with 2013 infrastructure and help yourself to get people who will look after you tomorrow.

Stop building structres fit for cow-rearing and call them schools!

In Anambra State today, the MOTHER'S SUMMIT day (women: agent of change) took place. With the wife of His Excellence officially concerned, His Excellence Gov. Obi showed a good gesture by making himself available and present at the summit.
During his speech he expresses his anger on the Lagos State govt. by questioning their quality of their act and though he was diplomatic about it he slams Fashola as being very bad to the poor "if you're current with papers and the television, you should be aware of the arguements between the Lagos State government and me. This is not the first time the Lagos State govt have involved in such act. A friend asked me, you use to be good friend with him (fashola), what happened?". On his response to that he said "we don't hold any issue but I have to do what is right". "when someone is mad, poor or less priviledged, its not their fault..so you have to respect them. Its all about caring for the poor. The awful act of Lagos State gov. of dumping Anambrarians at Upper Iweka is the resulting cause of the arguement. "i have to write to the President. You can't reject the poor, mad and less priveledged and accept the rich. At the street of New York, there are mad people and beggars. This is one country and immigrants issue shouldn't be a case.".
He also admitted the country is not any near any good and the solution to that lies within us. "as someone that globally has knowledge of finance and as an advicer to the country's financial apparatus, I can tell you we are going into hard times. We have to immitate countries like China etc and work hard rather than involving in all sorts economic crimes.

sexkillz: Stop thinking poor.

Nothing is too much to do for a lady who has only about 180 days to live. Nothing is more comforting to know that there are people who care about you till the very end. Nothing hurts more than knowing the exact time you are about to die.
