PoliticsRe: Tompolo: Emami Ayiri Is Lying Against Me! by greatgod2012(f):
Just look at how brothers who are suppose to protect each other are now lying against each other because of money.
Pathetic!
Tompolo, better come out from hiding if you're truly innocent.
FamilyRe: Uncooperative Wife by greatgod2012(f): 9:23pm On May 16, 2016
I'm of the belief that in marriage, both husband and wife should be helpmates to each other. It is believed that traditionally, men are to foot all the bills while women are to take care of the kids and the homes. However, to anyone who sees his/her spouse as helpmate, such belief is annulled and they both help each other in their traditional marital roles.

So, op, how cooperative are you when it comes to assisting in the home chores? If you have been very cooperative, and she still refuses to assist you in financing the home, then, to me, she seems to be selfish and inconsiderate. But if you're uncooperative, believing that home chores are solely the wife's responsibility, leaving her to do everything, then, you have no right to complain, you're being paid back in your own coins.

Continue footing your bills, while she continues her traditional roles.

PoliticsRe: PMS Price Hike: FG, Labour Meet Today To Avert Strike by greatgod2012(f): 4:39am On May 16, 2016
I'm patiently waiting for the outcome.
I just hope NLC will not be bought of over. I just hope NLC will not betray the workers. I just hope NLC will not be after their pockets only. I just hope NLC will say out the actual minds of it's members. I just hope and hope. May this hope not be shattered.
FamilyRe: What Is The Right Punishment For A Hubby Who Refuses To Assist In House Chores? by greatgod2012(f): 9:07pm On May 15, 2016

They know what they are looking for. But tell me something greatgod, i have some questions tho.

How many families in Nigeria can afford a maid?

How many families live in a 3 bedroom flats without an help?

How is it for young girls growing up ? mum and dad go to work and leave them with their younger ones?

What are the chores done by most girlsanyboys in Nigeria, especially after school?

How many families can actually afford a washing machine, dishwasher?

I am talking about families in 1970 - 2000.
1. Not many!

2. Many!

3. Yes, to take care of their younger ones.

4. Taking my children as example, wash their food flasks, water bottles and their lunch box. After which their home tutors come around to guide them in their home works, and do some revisions with them. Tidy up their room, and ready for dinner.
(my kids are ajebutters)

5. Washing machines are common here, can't say about dish washers, because I don't have one.

And this is not before year 2000 o. Washing machines actually became very common around year 2007, I think.

Satisfied?
PoliticsRe: Nigerians React To Planned Strike Action By NLC by greatgod2012(f): 8:51pm On May 15, 2016
mixed reactions!

In as much as I want NLC to fight for us, hunger no go gree me.

Therefore, those saying NLC should go ahead with the strike are right, as well as those who opposed it because of hunger.

All these chores talk is becoming ridiculous to me, i won't even waste my breath commenting on such issue. I am having a good read. cheesy
Very true my sister, today, house chores, tomorrow, same. Its wiser doing what one is capable of doing than all these complaints. Or better still, communicate, voice out your displeasure. I wonder why some find it easier to come online and complain but find it difficult to discuss with their spouses. Personally, the latter is easier for me. Abi, why do we have speaking organs.
FamilyRe: What Is The Right Punishment For A Hubby Who Refuses To Assist In House Chores? by greatgod2012(f): 8:14pm On May 15, 2016
Punishmenthuh
It's the punishment I've come to check.

On a more serious note, what happens to you politely discussing what displeases you in the house. And if that doesn't work, then what you think you're capable of doing later and do the rest when you can.

This punishment nkwa can not work for an Africa man o.
Bitter truth.

FamilyRe: Her Husband Called Me And Said I Should Go Ahead And Do It by greatgod2012(f): 11:13am On May 15, 2016
One thing is certain, for both the husband and wife to agree with this kinda offer, there's a sinister plan which you do not know that awaits you after the deed is done.

FamilyRe: When Your Wife Compares You With Her Ex In Bed. by greatgod2012(f): 10:56am On May 15, 2016
Truly, its annoying, but the only 2 options available for you are.......
1. You either ask her to go back to her ex.
OR
2. You try and improve in your bedroom games to the extent that she won't even remember she once had an ex or his existence.

PoliticsRe: Nationwide Strike: Stockpile Enough Food Items That Will Last For A While-NLC by greatgod2012(f): 9:26pm On May 14, 2016
Wrong timing.... NLC

Where is the money to stock foodstuffs?

Rice......no go area.....
Beans...... too expensive..... no go area too.
Garri.......Raw gold presently.... no go area too.
Tomatoes....... Haaaaa, that one is something else.
Meat/fish.........not affordable at all.
The prices of everything in the market have skyrocketed, while salary remains constant.
So, NLC, how are we going to stock the house with food.

Better negotiate salary increment instead of this strike with empty stomach.
PoliticsRe: Watch Kachikwu Explains Subsidy Removal As Against Osinbanjo Who Lied by greatgod2012(f): 9:11pm On May 14, 2016
Both of them are liars and they are as well confused.

While one is lying that within 6 months, fuel price will crash down automatically, despite the subsidy removal, the other is lying that there is no subsidy at all.

None should be believed.
They are both confused and are also confusing the Nigeria masses.
