Giddyperson:It is only an already registered consultant can register you. There is no physical shop. You either order tru a registered consultant or u register and order by urself. Those advertisement in jumia or any other online shops, i doubt dia authenticity. Ask some people here dat uses the product how dey get dia own, dey will help you. It is very easy and doable. |
@ Giddyperson for you to order directly from oriflame, you must register first and get ur consultant number. You download dia app from playstore and you are good to go. To register is not free but d good thing is that, u will get to buy any of dia products in a discounted price, they call it consultant price. Secondary, go for caramel foundation and nude beige if you need dia powder. They are for fair person. Chestnut is for fairly dark person. |
[quote author=booqee post=59116216]does it make sense to visit hospital cos of it's been almost five days without been able to keep any food down in my stomach.. I vomit it all out.. I don't have appetite either except for bland foods like pap or sugarless oat which I end up vomiting.. I also cant drink water.. it makes me vomit. I tried ginger tea today to stop the nausea but it's works for an hour or two and nausea is back again.. I've lost a lot of weight, and I think I may be dehydrated cos I've not been drinking water (although I don't know how dehydration feels) I'm very weak to do much or even walk around. is this how severe it should be or I should visit the hospital .. Yes you can visit hospital if you feel u are dehydrated. ln my 1st preg, i visited twice cos of severe vommiting and i was dehydrated. I took some drips before i get back my strength. But first, they will rule out malaria |
@eksbabe ,i think you are in labor. |
Goldenheart002:I doubt that you will get dia at the stipulated time. Sometimes they waste a lot of time on the road especially this rainy season and some other logistics. |
Yesitsme:Exclusive breastfeeding doesn't make a baby to reject food. I did exclusive for my 2 kids 6 months without water or anything, but wen i introduced food to baby no 1,he didn't give me any problems at all, infact it was very easy but for baby no 2 ,it was war. A baby dat is wired to eat will eat weda breast or bottle fed. |
Olujanny:I will advice that you register with the gynea clinic at Alimosho general hospital Igando. That's where i used before God promoted me. Note :U must really exercise some patience. It is well with you. |
Iamajoyfulmothe:Pls treat malaria.Malaria is very dangerous in early pregnancy. Tell d doctor to give you drug as a pregnant woman. There are malaria drugs dat are safe in pregnancy. Wish you d best. |

It is well .. |
Giddyperson:Have been offline since my last post. In fact, that yellow huggies is exactly what she was using when the rash started. Please discard that diaper, it finished my dd bum. She is 13 months now. I was using Nigerian pampers and Moflix and other gift diapers i received when i put to bed, I never experienced diaper rash. After her one yr birthday i switched to that yellow huggies and you need to see what i battled with sudocream before i decided to try another diaper and viola, d stuff disappeared. Won't try that stuff again on my kids. |
Giddyperson:Used it and is good. Though I have stopped for now cos i discovered that the diaper type i use for her causes the rash. I have changed her diaper and no more stories. |
. |
MummyJJ:Yes they do. Make sure that you are at the right clinic. G and OB clinic. |
Rossy99:Pls don't alwz listen to what people might say. Follow ur instinct as a mother. I stopped breastfeeding my Lo when she was about approaching 1yr. I just got tired of breastfeeding her as a result of some work stress. l gradually reduced the number of times i breastfeed and with time i stopped finally. She is looking more chubby now cos she eats almost everything unlike when she alwz cling to the breast. A lot where telling me not to stop till she is one but no body is wearing my shoe and know where it is paining me. It didn't make me to b a bad mother. That being said, continue if you still have d strength, d choice is yours but don't feel guilty at any of your chosen choices. |

Rhemy2013:My dear don't panic. I will say that 95% of women passed through such, especially if you are going through the road of vaginal delivery .Immediately u report to the hospital that you might be on labor, they will immediately conduct VE to ascertain the level of your progress, especially those that are already due. So fear not, the grace to withstand is dia. Don't underestimate your inner strength . |
@kemifemi, diazepan is very safe. Took it almost through my pregnancy and other bp drugs and delivered a healthy baby @39+4 weeks. |
Giddyperson:Thanks. She older than this now. She is only 5months here. She is 10+ months now. |
Good day mamas in the house. |
A good coconut oil doesn't stain cloth,, that's what I have been using for my Lo since birth, no regrets so far .I have to use the Johnson range I bought so that my money will not waste. The one i heard that stains clothes is palm kern el oil,dat one that is dark in color. @ Giddyperson |
BlossomedCherry:No ma, i carried to full term. I just noticed giddy,s lmp and it reminded me of mine in 2015.I got pregnant in 2015 and delivered in 2016.My lo will be 1 yr on 10th of April. Sorry for d mistake in date. |
cutiereborn:If you still check again and it is reading negative or if af finally show, i will encourage you to meet a gynea to check your hormones.,since you have been actively trying .U have nothing to loose rather it will keep your mind at rest. I still pray and hope that d af will not show. All the best dear. |
lululuv:The Hp is because you are not sleeping well.Try to make yourself to sleep especially night sleep .It is still within normal range but above 140 is high. Try to take care of yourself OK,it will soon be over. All the best. |
aghaibiam:I wanted to just look and pass, but lemme share this little. l do enjoy pepper soup in my pregnancies not until I became pregnant sometime don't wanna mention the yr and at 8weeks, i took a plate of hot pepper soup ,few minutes after the meal, i experienced stomach upset, run to the rest room to ease my self, lo and behold when I wipe i saw blood. To cut the long story short, I eventually miscarried d baby. Lesson learnt : All pregnancies are not the same. Our bodies differs. what works for me may not work for you. Avoid every avoidable especially in the first trimester. Will i still taste pepper soup in pregnancy? big NO. D choice is left for you. Wish you d best. |
[quote author=opejulie10 post=53820761]Pls my dear, i will advise you to go to hospital for proper check up. Don't use any drug whether internal or external not prescribed by your doctor. I know how you feel by not wanting to visit d hospital.,but for your sake and that of the new life in you, pls try and make it. Some pregnancies are full of drama while sme are stress free. But d onions here is the end. I pray that d good God who started this journey with you will see you to the end. You will carry to term and deliver safely. It is well with you dear. Cheers. |
Why are we alwz politicizing everything. Can we just comment without been biased. Any govt that do what it is supposed to do should be praised no matter d party affiliation. Apc should please do what they are voted to do and stop comparing. Pdp was voted out because Nigerians felt dat they hv failed. l just tire for una here. |
caon:Most General hospitals are like that. They rejects any test results done outside the recommended one. Just follow the rules. It is well. |
Loisemm:My blood specimen is what they collected when i did it. |
@spiceeamiee.Concerning d hpb, i will just advice u to calm down though not alwz easy but doable. Sometimes, one might not be thinking too much to hv such issue. It might be stress but most at time doctors refer to it as pregnancy induced hbp. Most of them go away immediately after childbirth why some lingers. Your doctor will guide u on how to manage it. As at now, ur own is still within d normal range. Anything above 140/90 is said to be high. That been said, try as much as possible to reduce your salt intake and spices in your food. Eat cucumber and carrots. Rest, especially your nite sleep, don't joke with it. l battled pregnancy induced hbp in my last pregnancy. Mine went up as high as 192/92.l followed my doctors advice on the management during the pregnancy and i put to bed successfully without any complications. My lo will be 10months on Friday. Above all, pray as never before. Alwz confess positive and never u b afraid no matter wat d doctors are saying. lay your hands on ur tummy and speak to your lo. U will come out victorious. If you still have any questions, feel free to ask. God bless you and all the mothers in this forum. Your labour over the pregnancy will not be in vain. Sorry for this long post. |
fpeter:please don't give up. it is well with you. God will visit you when you least expect it. cheers |
Giddyperson:My dd is just 9 months on the 10th of this month. Keeping you mothers company .Still hoping that you give my dd birthday mate. She is so sweet dat sometimes I ask God to forgive me for giving her attention more than her kid bro. May God make it easy for you and all mothers. Amen |
