Politics / Re: Abba Kyari Is Dead! by Greatpooss(m): 3:32am On Apr 18, 2020
...and they could not hide it anymore.

Moral: death is not a respecter of any powerful cabal member no matter your influence because every soul shall taste death.

Let our evil leaders tremble and repent so that we can speak good of them even in their absence.

Now, more investment in the health sector is paramount.

Abba Kyari Rest in peace.
Travel / Re: Visa-seeking Nigerian Students Lament Sad Experiences At US Embassy by Greatpooss(m): 8:56am On Nov 26, 2018
I blame our leaders for this. Should we have got a good government investing in education and job creation, there wouldn't have been cases of Nigerians travelling abroad in search of greener pastures and quality education .

In 2010, I applied for US student visa thrice but got denied and since then I no longer think about travelling abroad to study or search for greener pastures because I have realized that I can make my dreams come true in Nigeria though it's not easy but God is faithful.

Yes, you have fulfilled your promises indeed by making life unbearable for the masses. $1=N380. PMB has really fulfilled his promises by impoverishment of Nigerians.

Only well meaning Nigerians will get their PVCs in order to catapult PMB back to Daura. I rest my case!

While Nigerian politicians and her leaders cum looters are busy thinking about how to siphon and embezzle our resources, our Armed Forces are in the forest and wilderness trying so hard to protect us and bring lasting peace to our land. Lieutenant, your labour shall never be in vain and the sacrifice of your life to uphold the unity of this nation shall never be forgotten. Rest in peace gallant soldier Lt. A.K. Shekoni.

'opium of the masses' believe it or not, religions are major problem of the world denying us absolute peace. Meanwhile, there is nothing like freedom of worship in Nigeria as Sunni Islam is given preference over others by the Northern supremacy.

At this juncture, there is nothing like judiciary in Nigeria again as justices are either corrupt or bias. Recently, the APC led government of Nigeria has been using the judiciary as instrument to destabilize the opposition, of which the act is an opposite of true democracy.

Politics / Re: 2015 Elections Were Not Perfect – Jega by Greatpooss(m): 9:51pm On Oct 09, 2016
Hmmmmmm! Professor Jega was right while making this statement. Nigeria's democracy is not yet ripe for perfect election, permit to say that Orubebe probably saw the imperfections in 2015 presidential election yet his objection was overruled. I could remember vividly the electoral result paddling of Kano and Rivers states. Lol... It was awesome... 'perfect' my foot. Revelation continues in the year of vengeance!

I imagine the future of this country as we get divided daily by religions in politics. Nigeria is a secular state, and I think credibility and competency should be our watchwords in electing leaders into political offices. Don't be fooled by politicians who are preaching division through religion in order to actualize their political ambitions.
Politics / Re: Ogun LGA Election Results: APC Clears All 20 LGs, 37 LCDAs - Sotrueng by Greatpooss(m): 9:13pm On Oct 09, 2016
I am not surprised to read this, I have seen it coming before now. The fact is that the ruling party of a state always win local government elections in Nigeria democratic setting which is broad daylight robbery of true democracy. Does it mean other opposition parties that partook in the elections always fail to field a credible candidate? The answer is that State Independent Electoral Commission of different states are not independent but dependent on the governors who do use them as super rigging tool. It is until the wishes of the electorates are reflected in election results that we have true democracy in this country. Nigeria my country!
