There is hardly any operation taken in today's world that was not captured by modern technology; this is one thing the APC operators with their INEC collaborator, Mahmud Yakubu, did not seem to take into recognition before the 2023 general elections. If evidence of the fraud committed during the election is brought before judges, the APC and INEC say they object to the evidence. Objection to evidence by lawyers is no business for judges. The judges are there to adjudicate from the evidences provided before the court.

If INEC did not monitor the primaries in 5 states of a region where INEC had paid staff to do so; and INEC accepted the nominations of candidates for the region, they contested the election, the INEC Chairman is due for prosecution for negligence of duty. A most dishonest or ignorant Dele Alake would write: "Obasanjo repeated without the slightest iota of evidence rumours he had picked up that the Bimodal Voters Accreditation System had been compromised and that the results of elections being announced are fraudulent." It must have been only Dele Alake in Nigeria who did not observe that INEC BVAS could not transmit election results immediately after vote collation, and that the system must have been deliberately left disactivated when it was supposed to function. Election results were doctored during the period before transmission was activated.

Even International Election observer groups condemned the election and mentioned the deactivation of the process that was meant to have results transmitted promptly after close of voting.
