FisifunKododada:Really shocking though! |

When news of the five-year old pregnant girl in the remote and sleepy hamlet of Kanke local government, Plateau State, grabbed the headlines, Nigerians were in shock and shouted hoax at the top of their voices. However, medical historians are not in anyway shocked. There are recorded cases of pre school and school age children between the ages of five to 10 years becoming mothers. See below shocking historical facts and evidence of pregnancy in pre school and school age children: Lina Medina, a Peruvian girl born in 1933, began menstruating at the age of eight months, was tragically raped as a 5-year-old and gave birth at six years, five months. She is the youngest confirmed mother in medical history. Medina is still alive today. Her son, born by caesarian section, was raised as her brother. In March 2011, a 12-year-old Dutch girl went into labor while on a school field trip. Neither she nor her family were previously aware that she was pregnant. Teachers rushed the girl to Groningen Hospital in a northern part of the Netherlands, where she gave birth to a healthy baby... http://www.jalupon.com/fact-check-the-five-year-old-plateau-girl-is-truly-pregnant/

You won't believe it, this is the fourth month of his 70th birthday celebration on three continents, and Aliko Dangote et al are there as I write. You will never catch Aliko spending close to 6 hours straight at a party. |

dustmalik:Please tell of the lasr election conducted in a deep receasion? More hunger than usual. So voters are fresh meat for carnivorous politicians |
HungerBAD:Jegede lost the level playing ground opportunity with Jimoh and Modu the spoiler. And yes, the ballot includes who can pay more for the people's thumbprint. ![]() |
Africonji:Lol - ![]() As if Nigerians outside the Southwest are also not hungry. Why did Buhari's nickname become Gaari and his Deputy Osinbajo now called groundnut in the North? HUNGER!!! Didn't Arthur Nzeribe have the audacity to tell people from his constituency that they voted for his money and not him, and that it was his money that elected him? Politics everywhere require huge war chest. And the case of Nigeria is ridiculously peculiar and it cuts across all geopolitical zones where the masses are hungry. |
sexycat:There is mad hunger in the land and from the amount said to be shared, there is no way people won't comply. Is it not the same people that voted for Gaari, Sugar and Salt? They will now reject a whole 3 or 4k? |
HungerBAD:So sad. I want the PDP to have this. We cannot transit into a one party state. Also, it seems the Jegede chap is well accepted by the people. We need PDP or the opposition to survive oh for our own good. |

Ondo election: Akeredolu In Early Lead, As Oke Lags Behind Jegede Candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Rotimi Akeredolu, SAN, and his Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) rival, Eyitayo Jegede, SAN, were locked in a tight race, yesterday, according to unofficial results collated from Ondo State governorship election. Unofficial results from 18 local councils of the state, which are subject to authentication by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), indicate that Akeredolu is slightly in the lead with Jegede trailing closely behind in the election that was largely peaceful and witnessed impressive voters’ turnout. Unconfirmed figures indicate that Akeredolu won in 10 councils while latecomer into the race, Eyitayo Jegede of the PDP had the upper hand in eight. INEC will release the official results today Sunday, November 27. The Ondo governorship election was said to have been highly monetised as voters were allegedly induced with money before voting. Sources said between N400,000 and N450,000 were sent to each of the 3,009 units in the state by a particular party . Security agents, according to the source, looked the other way as voters were given between N3,000 and N6,000 each to vote. http://www.jalupon.com/ondo-election-akeredolu-in-early-lead-as-oke-lags-behind-jegede/
