airmark: Omo Naija league teams still dey use old men to play? That is the problem brother. Your CV must read ''Played in the league for 10 years with blah blah blah. . .'', before team fit sign you. The clubs' youth teams is as good as non-existent. There are no integrations into the first team, no programme for their developments, just absolutely nothing. Many of my niggas wey dey Enyimba feeders i.e Enyimba's youth team, are nearing 30 or even above. Just imagine the phuck. Like you have a 30-year-old in Chelsea's academy. Who the phuck approves that? Those niggas have little or no chance to play in the league, they just dey survive with the 30k salary they are being paid, whilst nursing a dream that can never happen - to become professional footballers. Kantebets: table toppers City have similar scoring issue. Thing is sharp strikers like Kane, aguero, haaland scarce. City hardly scores more than twice this days go and check We are profligate on the final third, City aren't. Pep isn't doing those high numbers this season because most teams tend to adopt the low block defensive system when up against him, that has seen them creating low scoring chances, and with David Silva, who sets the tempo of the team and keeps the play flowing gone, it has been a tad difficult for City to create chances on the final third. That's unlike us who create chances and still fail to bury them. We don't have a clinical finisher in our team, or a striker who is intelligent enough to move into scoring positions. Werner was supposed to be that man but mehn, dude has been a shadow of himself. We just need a top striker! |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by Griffon: 11:59pm On Feb 04, 2021 |
We will need to work on our finishing though so we could kill off games earlier. I've said it before now, we need a top striker. Tuchel's system will see us create chances after chances but the absence of a sharp effect on the final third will be our biggest undoing. |

Unlimited22: 2 points behind West Ham. 4 points behind Liverpool.
Not a bad start. Yeah not a bad start but then, we have to be more concerned about Villa and Everton who both have two games at hand. If them leapfrog us, na 9th we fit land so. The thing is to keep winning games and accumulating points, teams around us will definitely slip. This is EPL. |
