Funny enough, I also thought of this same exact scenario. I also had this idea that "what if he takes the compound v same way kamiko did and got back his powers after Solder Boy de-powered him.

You see that thought of ours above, we aren't the first to want the above to happen. In fact, there are lots of people who would want it to go down that way, and if it did, that's akin to the show spoon-feeding us what we all want, thus, taking out the trills and suspense and making the sure very predictable and the plot one directional... The writers are aware of this, that's why they choose a different path.

Everybody's priority was to take down Solder Boy. Didn't you watch the show? Asides Butcher and Maeve, the rest gave a solid reason why stopping Solder Boy was top priority. Does the event at herogism ring a bell?.... Then imagine that at the Vought tower, with all the casualties. That was what they were trying to avoid.

Plot twist for the sake of plot twist is not always a good, we all saw what happened to Game of thrones.

If a character want to build a house, it's either he fails or he succeed.

if he fails, he ends up homeless, in the process making other lose their home, if succeed he build not only a house but a city.

Bad writing is when this character all of a sudden wants to become a chemical engineering.

Jurassic World Dominion (2022) - (6/10)

I watched the movie on fast forward, about 4 times the normal speed making the run time about 30 minutes, yet I felt I wasted my time.

LMAO... All those points you posted above aren't problems. They were necessary for the sake of the plot. Every choice made by the characters were done, so as to move the plot forward.

Alright let's say Solder Boy had blasted the boy and his father Homelander. They both loose their powers, either Butcher or Solder Boy kills Homelander afterwards, that'd be the end of the show..... The Boys series can never exit or go forward without Homelander. Kill or de-power Homelander and that's the end of the show.

What if they succeeded in depowering homelander but he escape (maybe with the help of A-Train his ass-licker) that would have been an actual progression.

Homelander killed Annie childhood boyfriend, he impregnated Butchers wife, all of a sudden everybody priority was to take down SB, what the hell did he even do to them, why was Annie fighting Solider Boy, why was Frenchie, kamiko, Huighe all fighting Solider Boy.shm.

This season in all feel like nothing was achieved. after the season finale we're back to where we started. nothing was resolved.

True, some problem I have with the show.

Since Soldier Boy depowering blast doesn't kill supes, only takes their powers away, why did Butcher interfere as if Soldier Boy was about to kill the child.

And why can't Queen Maeve just take a permanent compound V, like Kamiko did after losing her powers.

Why didn't homelander kill Edger after finding out Soldier Boy was his father, instead he killed Noir, a puppet.

The Boys Season 3 (8.5 / 10)

Kamiko went back to killing without remorse.
Huighe remained a junkie.

Frenchie finally grew some balls, wish they got rid of that his former mistress.

Butcher needs to get his priority straight, Solider Boy was willing to kill his son and even his grandson, but Butcher scattered everything.

Starlight still remains a character that can not change the odds in a fight

A-Train got a new heart, but his brother is paralyzed, so he paid a price, if he was in the final battle e for bloody.

Black Noir seemed like a wild card, but did nothing through out the whole show.

Soldier Boy is a boss, he fears no one, when he say he will do something he will do it, he took a laser straight to the face, but it felt like a warm towel.

Queen Maeve training finally paid off, glad she didn't die.
