A bill before the National Assembly seeking to expand the scope of Sharia law in Nigeria and elevate it to a federal law has been circulating online. The Trent has obtained an official National Assembly notice paper which shows that a bill to alter Nigeria’s 1999 Constitution to increase the jurisdiction of the Sharia Court in the Federal Capital Territory of Abuja and the Northern states with Sharia has indeed passed its 2nd hearing in March 2016. The document shows that the House of Representative took the second reading of the Sharia Expansion Bill on Thursday, May 12, 2016 and the bill is being sponsored by Abdullahi Balarabe Salame, a representative from Sokoto State. He was elected under the platform of the All Progressives Congress and has been representing Gwadabawa/Illela constituency since 2011. Salame is a one-time speaker of the House of Assembly in Sokoto State and holds degrees in Islamic studies. The section in the paper says, “A Bill for an Act to Alter the Provisions of Section 262 and 277 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 to increase the Jurisdiction of the of the Sharia Court of Appeal of the Federal Capital Territory and the Sharia Court of Appeal of a State by including Criminal Matters of Hudud and qisas and for Other Related Matters; (HB. 530) (Hon. Abdullahi Balarabe Salame) – Second Reading.” http://newswirengr.com/2016/05/25/a-bill-seeking-to-upgrade-sharia-law-across-nigeria-passed-second-reading/# |

Let say they want to draw coca cola bottling company all the have to do go dm and ask for sponsorship in return only coca cola products would be allowed to be sold inside the stadium.and checking the amount people dat come to enyimba stadium.the would make a veri huge amount of money if manage properly.both of dm always gain if the contractual dm are managed properly both would gain immersely |

Empredboy: tell us what u know about the Nigerian league. To accuse naija league u most know things about the league just as you know about ur "glorified 'premier league. If you can name 10 nigeria league coaches this season, 10 stadia use this season, 20 players in the league then you are fit to insult the league but if you can't just SHUT UP and play with your toys. no mind dm na u get time d answer to dia ignorance.i have tried but d forever remain mumus |

NRIPRIEST: But we can't be carried away by that single result. There are bigger challenges ahead. The previous match against Rivers United in Umuahia left a very bad taste in my mouth. We need to get it together and show our superiority in the league. All those dozens of missed chances need to be worked on. We need to be calm in front of goal! Nzogbu! definitely bro i tink us nt playin in aba is also a factor to our home form.wen is d renovation goin to be completed |

johnydon22: From the bolded above, it is called Apatheism. . . another practical type of atheism just like Pantheism is also a watered type of literal atheism.
You may want to call yourself an agnostic apatheist though thanks bro am at peace with ma self |
Christianity Etc › Re: Someone Who Doesnt Want Anything To Do With Religion by groundnutoil(op): 8:55pm On May 03, 2016 |
cloudgoddess: From my understanding of the word atheist, I think that is indeed what you are. An agnostic-atheist to be precise.
There are plenty of apathetic atheists that don't believe in a god but don't actively seek to fight against religion. Most people in Japan for example fit this description. Religion (outside of traditional/cultural ceremonies) isn't a part of their lives and they don't worship gods, but they don't actively argue against the existence of gods (probably because they don't need to - everyone around them is equally as apathetic towards the issue).
I can understand not wanting to be associated with the atheist title since it carries quite a bit of stigma and unfortunately theists have contorted the meaning to be more aggressive than it innately is. But the bottom line is that a person who does not worship any gods is an atheist. Doesn't mean you have to start debating theists or anything - there is no actual obligation that comes with the title. am agnostic dat i have knowned 4 a long time.but now i just dont want to totally have anytin to do with religion no mata what.dats d faze i am now.thanks 4 d explanation thou |
