I want to apply for a tourist visa for my wife. I have abt 1m in my account. I am working. I have travelled before. Bt my wife has abt 100k in her acct frm her pet business. sh hasnt travelled before. What is her chance of getting Spain or France visa based on my profile?

I just want her to travel out of the country to see outside world

You have many of the documents required for proof. This being said there is no guarantee about visas, but the better prepared you are the better your chance will be to have a visa. For your financial accounts, make sure there is regular activity a least for the past 3-6 months. The embassy want to see that you will not become a financial burden on France or decide not to return to Nigeria. The more things they see that you have that must bring you back to Nigeria, stable financial situation relative to your monthly financial obligations, the price of the hotel reserved in Paris relative to your income. For example if you earn 3M per month in income but you book a cheap hotel (<150EU/day) they may flag your application as not consistent with your reported income.

The invitation from the institution could go a long way as long way. Anyway I wish you the best on your application.

Hello T.M, I received ielts confirmation message the very day i applied bt the registration status till this moment is 'processing'. What does this mean?

@op, you are right bt you know when you give Nigerians chance they will take chances. To be on a safer side, once it has 'expired' or past its 'best before' please, do not consume. Take alcoholic drinks for example, there is a probability that the enzymes used in its fermentation must have gained full strength after its best before and this can harm the consumer if taken.

Phone, Tab or laptop is same process but i would suggest you use laptop for proper viewing and scrolling. you ll need to scan your international passport DATA page in JPEG format as you ll b asked to upload it during d process. The fee is N40k no hidden charges unlike draft payment method bt u need to be very careful as you wont b able to pay online again if the application fails. i.e you have to use the draft/bank deposit to complete the process

the second option which is the online(ATM) payment which i think is a better option for this payment. u can do it within the comfort of ur bedroom and all u need do is to choose online as method of payment followed by visa/master card option depending on the one u are using. It will request for a password/pin which is the three digits behind the atm card also called c.v.v.2. Input it and submit; u ll receive an acceptance/decline email. I did mine a few days ago with a FCMB master card

It's 40k irrespective of method of payment u prefer. There are 2 options available; u eitheir make bank draft and submit to their office in lagos, if u av any1 in Lag, he/she may b of help. 2nd option is use of ATM (I don't knw much about that, pple wil help u out). Availability for august depends on module ( General or Academics) want to do. If it is general u can't see august in south west (ibadan and lagos) agai but it is still available in other centers.

The reason is simple!!! Most of the contributors here are first degree holders. Hence they post what they know. It's a Nigerian thread, getting undergraduate admission in Finland from Naija isn't easy hence many people aren't bothered. It's because of the stress u have to go thru to write their entrance exams which can't be done here in Nigeria. That's why people from this part of the world don't bother too much about it. Y'all should stop making it look like there's a form of discrimination or we're deliberately neglecting the undergrad admission issues.

Another application period is coming, make one person do small undergrad admission research and post his findings here, others go jump on am and u'll see the balance.

For those undergraduate aspirants, i would say Sincerely, this thread is 90% post graduate and 10% undergraduate and ielts haven been following this thread for a while now.

To get the i-pin, you go to any atm machine (preferably that of your bank), click on change pin then select i-pin. Obviously, by now you'll be unable to progress with the online payment option. What i did was to use my second gmail account to start afresh. This is a better option than waiting for 5 days after which your desired date may have been fully booked (btw the old account will still expire in 5 days so there'll be no data clash. It's more like a win-win)

To get the i-pin, my bank said i must v registered my atm card online wit my token and i v lost mine. is there any other way around it?

In addition to Anthochie's comment, you can only ask your uni to send your transcript to UAF if the three schools you are applying to are under UAF. This is very important.

I went for a contract analysis in one of these multinational FMCG companies with my boss. After the whole exercise, we were asked to go to their canteen for lunch. Due to my 'osho free' and 'okpolor eye' i ordered for a plate of fried n jollof rice with chicken, beef and fish on it. Suddenly, i was in the middle of confusion. If i should eat the food first, i may not be able to eat the meat and vise versa. So, i decided to eat d food and left the meat and fish untouched. We are going there again on Monday for same purpose.
