How do I get to the centre please? I will be coming from Lagos. I'm doing the one of N17,800 trust know issues as I heard they have migrated to the one of 26k?

Did you apply for old passport or the new one with NIN? If new one, do they still accept old passport(without NIN) application?

So I planned to share my experience from Abeokuta with you guys.

Yesterday was my capture date, got there with all the required docs and went straight to the servicom desk.

I was told some docs were missing but not to worry the lady there explained what was missing.

1. There are 2 particular forms that you need to get from them and fill (note: I have heard some places would tell you to get this online if they notice you did DIY)

2. You need 2 printout of the payment page

3. You need to go with your old passport if it's renewal.

The most important stuff is, go to the center to submit your documents days ahead of your interview. This would help you from getting delayed.

Abeokuta is cool thou. Quick service and lots of folks willing to help without expecting cash from you.

Lots of passport are also available for collection, saw lots of passport yesterday.

That's the little I can say. Feel free to ask any questions, if I have any info I would share. Cheers and good luck to all japa plans

Na the reason I port to Abeokuta oo cox we base in Lagos. My wife NIN get plenty issues. We have paid for its modification via remita for months now but nothing changed since then on the NIN.
Can I chose another centre to capture or I'm to forget about the application despite paying for two applications?

as at april they launched them onto the new e passport system.. i dnt know if they have fully activated this.. but yes they were launched onto this. So they will require NIN.
U might need to ask on this thread for anyone tht applied recently or stroll to the office to find out.
If it is confirmed that it is compulsory, pls jejely go and get ur nin. Nin is free.

Boss Oggg, is Ogun included in the use of NIN now? All i have read here is that NIN compulsory in Lagos, Abuja and PH only. I have paid without NIN for my family oo and I chose Abeokuta processig centre.

What should I do now?

what state are you applying from? If u are applyin in lagos, abuja,ph and ogun u must use NIN
if the other states, then nin is not compulsory

go on the passport page and fill d form, under change of name due to marriage.. when u get to tht point the amount will come up. The form takes less than 30 mns to fill and u will get the right information in one seating

A friend got it in Edo house in Lagos and we were told Edo house is in all states of the federation. Google Edo house in the state you are.

The last time I checked the old e passport without NIN was still very active. I planned doing this for my wife as she is having issues with NIN data modification

U will need NIN compulsorily if u are applying in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt

The person could be right. What he got at the rate is attestation letter for persons above 18 years but if you are less than that age, you could get it 2k like the boss Oggg said.

You can call this number on their Twitter handle for Lagos residents. Ensure you negotiate very well and feed us back as well. I have called him and negotiated too.

Same thing happened to me last year December, someone gained access to my UBA account and transferred 400k to different accounts in zenith bank. I am not in Nigeria but I fought hard for it and threatened the bank that I will send alot of their staffs to jail. I involved CBN and EFCC. I got back my full money with transfer charges after 20 days.
Dont take it lightly with them, involve CBN and write a petition to EFCC. They will be the one to do everything for you and follow the person that transfered your funds.

I have done the PND order. I will be commencing the legal process soon. I'm gathering all the info i can get both online and offline.

I know fully well no account without BVN, if the ECO Banks says so, we will have a full time battle.

debit like they did for the #endsars people unfortunately the wheel of justice grind slowly and the crooks knows,by the time you get to eco bank they might tell you the account has no BVN.

You are correct, I doubt if my phone is cloned, i use token as my password which is difficult to clone.

I honestly need a legal advice on how to handle this case.

I have looked at all the scenarios even if your SIM is cloned which I doubt there is no way the would know your password except some app is sending key logs from your phone to a third party.

I'm very carefully when dealing with them. I hardly use this account for any online transaction except it's a trusted platform. I'm confuse here as It seems the transaction was done with my phone.
