When a candidate wins election he/she is celebrated by religion, family and friends and everyone wanting to chop. if making money and leadership is separated only passionate leaders will run for election and the Peoples vote will count.

UK don't worry you will say this same thing to INEC in 4 years time. Nigerians know what INEC lacks but our greed is much more important. So money will be budgeted again for all this gaps, the money will be embezzled and election will be managed "by the grace of God".
