APC should give Southeast its ticket and lose the election?
In fact, it will be unfair for APC to zone it ticket to disloyal Southeast, thereby denying the loyal southwest. No problem if Southeast demands for PDP ticket because that is where they lay their eggs and should hatch there too. As for now APC ticket belongs to southwest and north and should be rotated between the two.
To foster national unity, politics should be done without bitterness. Ndigbo should embrace Nigeria.

Water resources is not all about water supplies for for domestic uses. That ministry also touches transport ministry at some aspect.
Large part of that of water resources will spend on some section of Agriculture. Have you gotten that fisheries, river basin, irrigation etc which are aspects of Agriculture are captured under water resources ministry?
As for Health, there is duge provision for basic health care service too besides the main provision for the health ministry entirely.
But mischievousness will not allow you people to see these linkages

No part of Nigeria was refer to as illiterates, almajeri, afonja, or OSU. Nigeria was not called a zoo, that must fail.

At the real poll PDP was never the winner. PDP is ruling there because a supreme court judgement declared that APC failed to conduct valued primary acceptable by the law. Even that declaration came after the gubernatorial election results have been declared.
