Canme4u: Bro, it use to happen like that. The reason is that they have not enter that credit details to their systme. Next time something like this happen, I don't advise you should post ur payment details openly like that again, you can do so by try covering some part of it as anybody can just copy it and use it to credit there account. You can also call Elena or Victor and they will help you credit your account.

I have a firstbank account which i opened long before Gtbank but abandoned it cos i felt the were old generation in their service delivery but ask me what i think now?

Gtbank staffs in the 2 branches in Warri are so so rude.

I went to register for internet banking just last week and u will not believe how i was treated. I stood in front of the guy, greeted him, was still standing trying to get his attention...he non even do as if say na person stand him front until i had to shout a little.

Guess what? Up till dis moment i still cannot log in to the internet banking platform. I was made to call Gt-Connect, where they were just transferring me from one operator onto another.

I was also wondering o my broda. I just got registered for internet banking but on reaching home from the bank on Thursday i discovered i cant sign in. It keeps giving me invalid user-id or password. I called their cc on friday and they kept transfering me from one operator onto another, wasted my airtime for more than 23mins. Finally, one of them confirm to me that its because the online banking application is down that i should keep trying.....and i just tried it again b4 typing dis yet no head way.
What is really wrong with our banking system?

And them don debit me sharp sharp for the token.
