bro, @ the bolded; for those who got another medical request, that must have been an oversight from the VO. If you notice, all those people did was to call their hospital and in less than 30 minutes or at most the same day, the issue got resolved and medical status changed.

Dats true,mine changed almost immediately I told d hosp.like 1hr later it changed to Medicals passed,pls how long for passport request Mail.

Congrats @ Minnietope. I appreciate people like you who know what they want; sift advice received, and take the bold step!!! Congrats once again.

...so I think we have a number of married women with kids who have recorded success stories on this thread despite discouragement from every corner. I have therefore made the following conclusions:

1. You can get your TRV even if you apply with your child (@Team12- I was advised not to try it, but I did and it worked and very fast!)
2. Pregnancy is not a risk to getting your TRV (@Ivylane)
3. You can apply with kids and spouse at the same time and still get your TRV (@Ivylane and @Minnietope; until this very moment, I would have advised otherwise, but now I know better. Thank you for giving us a proof dear, your case shall be used for other couples)

One thing you will notice from the cases I listed above is that we had a lot of documents in our app. But as much as the documents were, they each served a purpose because it takes a lot of convincing and homework to submit with your whole family and still tell the VO that you plan to return.

No two apps are same, ensure you submit only documents relevant to your app and peculiar situation. That Taiye submitted only 3 documents and got TRV, does not mean Kehinde should also submit the same 3 documents, because their situations may be different.

i think after going tru some GCMS ill say that they actually follow a queue.
If you tend to recieve news earlier it means the VO handling your case was just fast.
they probably allocate some amount of files to different VOs.
in this case i think the VO handling the may backlogs must have been out of work for sme time due to some reasons....
just saying tho......it doesnt mean if you apply now you wll be on the same queue...

when I saw d word queue,It made me laugh oh.anyway thank God Deres a queue

Thanks to Justwise, your candid advice email pushed me to realise that I had to push forward no matter how it looked or sounded and not follow the norm cos my situation was not the normal scenerio.

Thanks to Team12, your post on your documents to submit, gave me a template to perfect mine, allowed me gain more insight to help friends with their applications and made me change my mind from paper route to online route which was so perfect for the situation surrounding my application. Also Thank you for the mutual encouraging conversations cos the wait was sure a test for us all.

For new applicants....kindly fill this new form and add it to your application.

Your response will definitely come this month, and you will be able to conclude all before first week in August, n still travel before schoolstarts.
Just be hopeful and start making travel prep but don't book your flight yet.
