Deadline is 19th as you have written and today is 12th. Cant you just try to get the money and pay?
If you couldn't pay after the deadline, there is usually extension of registration for seven to ten days. But it attracts a little fine.
Final option is to suspend your studies for the semester. Yes you'll be behind your peers by a semester if you take this option. |

paul100: Please,i need advice.Since i enter 100 level,i cannot read like i use to read in secondary sch.Anytime,i come back from lectures in the evening after my classes throughout the day,i sleep too much even after setting alarm to wake me,i still sleep till the next morning, and the morning is always covered with classes so i can't read in the morning and my exam are very close.please help me,no insult please I had this problem during my undergraduate days. I sleep in the evening lectures, I sleep a lot. Part of the reason was that I was not sleeping properly in the night. I sleep after 2 am. So I had to reverse the engine, leave everything and sleep early in the night. Finally, u don't need to read like u did in secondary sch. Try to understand the lecture in the lecture room and if u need to read, read early in the morning, say 5 - 7 am |

bataderemi: 2:1, which most schools ask for, is not exceptional these days. Check with the schools you're willing to choose. Don't just waste your time, and I'm talking from experience because I applied in 2016. |

Bitter truth: Commonwealth shared scholarship is highly competitive. Don't even apply if don't have exceptional qualifications |

partnerbizz4: ? How is this relevant to what we're talking about here? |
Education › Re: Scholarship Application And The 2.1 Criterion by Guest14(m): 11:11pm On May 02, 2019 |
whyteteeth: I have been trying to apply for scholarships so i can do my Msc outside the country but I just realized my class of degree isn't really working in my favor. Well I made a good 2.2(3.32) in my first degree largely due to many reasons ranging from lack of motivation(i didn't study the course of my dream), some financial setbacks and the attitude of our lecturers towards the students. I opted for a Pgd sometime last year because I needed to switch to another discipline. By God's grace I have finished and I did very well; I made 12As and 2Bs of out the 14 courses I offered during the course of the program.
Recently, I started searching for scholarships so I can travel overseas for my masters degree but all the scholarships I am seeing place a 2.1 as a minimum Scholarship requirement for eligibility in obtaining such scholarships. for instance the common wealth scholarship, NLNG scholarship etc. I am wondering why this is so because i feel people who didn't make up to such class of degree should be given opportunity to further their education. I mean its not like its a do or die affair for everyone to make a first class or a 2.1. A 2.2 is also a result. To begin with some persons like me didn't end up with a 2.2 because they aren't intelligent but many factors beyond their control could have been responsible for that. I am really depressed. I think they should lift the bar and give everyone equal opportunity. We all can make a change despite our class of degree. Afterall the most motivated and talented people are not always the ones with first class and 2.1.
I believe I have what it takes intellectually to succeed in my chosen field of study if i am given the opportunity. It is not a must u travel overseas for studies. I was there for my first degree but it is not everything. Apply for MSC here in Nigeria with your PGD, after MSC u can get PhD scholarship overseas |

tactius: Zakzaky has been a thorn in the flesh for nearly 40 years
In the early 1980's, he formented religious crisis in the North...for which he got jailed for a long stretch, got released by 1989...and then kept up his propaganda of 'Nigeria must be an Islamic state...all of it' for years.
The problem is the group he leads is small, and easily identifiable. Any trobule...and they would be dealt with too easily. Lie. Lie. |
