The university you go to matters little. What matters is what you do with the knowledge you got and how much you are willing to learn beyond university walls.

This type of argument is typical undergraduates kind of discussions. When you get to the real world you'll understand very well that it is all about what you have to offer not just the name of your school.

Look I got admitted into BUK in 2011 though left to another sch abroad. I'm right now doing my MSC in BUK.
To be honest 263 means you're a strong candidates but at BUK, they don't trust easily. So you have to show the same performance in their aptitude test.

We come from top foreign universities seeking for msc admission but they had to ensure we deserved it and eventually we got in.

With first class or 2:1, you can apply to any university for the position of 'Graduate Assistant' or Assistant Lecturer at other tertiary institutions.

The most important thing is start from somewhere. Look, I'm assistant lecturer but I was a teacher in different secondary schools before. So you want to be a lecturer and you're a teacher in secondary school, you're on your way.

Sometimes universities retain their best students, so another way is to strive and be among the best.
Lastly, it is not a must u become lecturer in the university u study, no there are thousands of universities out there.

Apply next session and at least that time the child is more than a year old.
And even after a year you may need a nanny to help you take of the child when you're away.

So it is possible and I have seen a lot of mothers running MSC program

Hi, unless you have a strong reason for not applying for admission, I would recommend you get your admission then wait for the outcome. You would be obtaining your admission yourself eventually (based on the previous occurrence), so why delay?

I don't recommend anybody to secure admission. You can apply for admission in June or July in the UK. Wait, don't waste ur time and resources

I don't know if it is allowed but ppl are doing it. Right now I have somebody in my MSC class doing his NYSC. But I personally won't advise anybody to do that because it may have consequences in the future.

And remember, NYSC requires full time commitment, and many universities won't give u admission without NYSC certificate.

I think it's possible. Back in camp, I had a few friends who had done their Msc before service.

But if I remember correctly, I think they schooled abroad, I remember one got his masters in Canada, another was in India, and the other was Benin Republic abi na Togo. I'm not certain.

I noticed many of us Naija graduates came to camp "Mastersless".

So, do you mean registration is over? If that's the case then there are two options in my opinion:
1. Ptdf intervenes and register for you
2. You may have to just wait till next application window. Find out if your admission is deferrable. Because what are u going to do with the fund if ur sch has already closed registration? No point, right? So just think a little about it
