BarrElChapo: They go through what they go through because they want want to stay back after graduation. Not saying the idea of staying back is fine but painting it like the host country is wicked is wrong They chose their program because it would help them qualify for a work permit after graduating but the government changed the rules midway through their program. I don't blame them for feeling they were treated unfairly |

Racoon: Britain is also doing the same. So, why are they bent on fleecing immigrants before putting them in economic bondage?
Why Canada? After all these strenuous effort people put to JAPA? Then these white supremacists will just come wawa the parade for you. What the hell mean. Honestly. No one will understand until they have experienced it. Immigration is not easy at all. I feel for those people |

BarrElChapo: A visa is a privilege not a right, if your visa says 1 year, stay one year and go back to your country International students in Canada may qualify for a work permit after graduating. Until you have experienced foreign immigration yourself, you'll never understand what those people go through |

Romance › Re: Three Things Women Remember About You by GuestInfinity: 3:15pm On Aug 16 |
Goo0dHardDick: A lot of men thinks calling a girl constantly, replying her messages instantly and being available is showing care and love, but to a woman that immediately signals weakness and that you're afraid of losing her.
This is exactly why women prefer the bad guys because to them those guys are completely nonchalant.
Understand this, there are 3 things that women remembers about you and it is not your sacrifices.
Infact, your sacrifices means absolutely nothing to a woman. Women always remember
1. The bad you did to them 2. The good they did to you. 3. The things you didn't do.
Your sacrifices and money you used to impress her will all be forgotten by 12am. Honestly, if this is your conclusion of women, you need to look at yourself in the mirror. It is you who keeps attracting those kind of women. There are many women who remember your sacrifices and appreciate you making them a priority. You're just not the kind of man who attracts women like that. Work on becoming the kind of man those kinds of women want. Start by not posting trash like this that generalises women. |

Arry110: I’m glad yall enjoyed my other thread, now I regret not posting other times I’ve travelled, I’ve been to other countries (some are well documented trips), so I think I’d post those later when I’m back from this, I also plan to open a YouTube channel since I can’t upload videos here (I’m definitely gonna do that this week), Not gonna lie posting here is kinda stressful too (I have few videos on my Instagram reels tho).
So my journey from Nigeria to Cape Verde starts tomorrow, and this is going to be fun (I guess), more detailed experiences than the last thread too Really nice. Keep it up |
Investment › Re: Space X Investors, How Are You Coping? by GuestInfinity: 1:20pm On Aug 13 |
psalmsjob: If you understand what investment means then you will know that the investors who bought the spacex ipo did so for a long term hold not for short term resale to make a gain.
Only misguided people will buy spacex stock like it is forex trading that the want to sell immediately it adds value or that it will be rising and falling daily for them to sell and rebuy.
Stocks such as spacex stocks are for keeps or use as collateral to borrow money and it will rise in value once any of their outlined objectives or plan is achieved. Come back in 5 to 10 years to troll again and see what it would have become. Even if those who bought SpaceX IPO did so for long term, it was still clearly the wrong move. How long will it take to get back to pre IPO levels and then beyond? Those who said they should have waited till it dipped or settled down were right. They would make much more than those who bought the IPO |

You're rushing to buy a company's stocks few weeks/months to their IPO and you didn't take into consideration that the stock will be definitely overvalued due to marketing gimmicks and "fellow gamblers" over-subscribing?
The real investors made their money when they made IPO. The rest of una dey pay the market what the market paid to Elon and his friends. Yes, the institutional investors made their money during IPO. It's now retail investors losing money after they made huge profits |

Kukutente23: As a man, I always pray not to hve a daughter like Chioma
How can your achievement in life be marrying Davido? I don't blame her. See how Nigerians see marriage as achievement. No matter what a man or woman accomplish in their life, if they don't get married, they have failed in life. Is that not what will cause women like her to see getting married and having kids as achievement? Smh Nigerians need to encourage women to build a name for themselves outside of marriage. Even Davido is not happy that Chioma doesn't have anything going for herself |

Family › Re: “Avoid Female Friends In Marriage” — Lady Recounts Painful Experience by GuestInfinity: 11:11pm On Aug 07 |
givedemwotowoto: As a married woman (or prospecting to be), NEVER seek relationship advice from:
1. Single or divorced women (they will lead you back to singlehood). 2. Feminists (they will teach you selfishness and low quality effort in marriage, which leads you back to singlehood). 3. Male friends (They know the truth, but they will lie to your face because they don't want you to hate them, they don't want to tell you the uncomfortable truth, they know you're not ready for the truth).
Avoid seeking advice from fellow woman (married or single). Sometimes women hide what is going on in their marriages for posturing sake so they will advise you wrongly. Sometimes your complaints bother them so they advise you to take the easy way out just to save their ears and mental health from you. Sometimes they're plain malicious and want to see you fail.
Seek relationship advice only from your married parents, parent-in-laws, or MARRIED professional counselors Stop with all these generalizations. Even a single woman can give better relationship advice than married parents, parent in laws or married professional counselors if she has a good character. Just because someone's parents or parent in laws or even professional counselors are married doesn't mean they have happy or healthy marriages. Look at the person's character and their intentions. That's what matters |
Romance › Re: 10 Signs Your Woman Has Lost Respect For You by GuestInfinity: 11:44pm On Aug 06 |
CaptainIgbo: I think people in general will lose respect for you if you do not establish proper boundaries. Once respect is lost, the person doing the disrespecting should be cut off as soon as possible without a change of attitude or behavior. I agree with your first point on boundaries but I disagree on cutting them off as soon as possible. The man should state his observation of disrespect and if she doesn't try to change her behavior, then yes, he should cut her off. He should also see if he's the one doing something that's causing her to disrespect him like not establishing boundaries properly |

I don't even wanna talk about all the ones that l avoided during my Uni days. Infact, one very beautiful yellow pawpaw like that, who was my neighbor back then in the Uni disturbed me for sex sote, that l was forced to lie to her that l'm gay, so she can just leave me the fvck alone. I don't know if it's only me but l honestly think that that thing called sex is so overated or perhaps l'm not normal Did you have a deep emotional connection with those last three girls? |
