It is not a lie. You can indeed go to any food bank and get some food free of charge. Perhaps they now do home deliveries due to the lockdown but the food bank is absolutely real.

would still be in use by Africans and improve quality of life,

There are only a handful of countries with 5G networks. Italy, Spain and other countries with severe cases of Corona virus doesn't have 5G networks yet.
