If he doesn't know the origin of the document or what bank it is, if he wasn't expecting any form of payment then it's obviously a phishing email meant to extract your information. I once used a phishing page to get login details of a guy who hacked my brother's Facebook page. I suspect that it is nothing more than a phishing email.

My advice is to ignore it completely. Don't dare click any link or submit any form.

Here in my city (the whole city), Glo has has the highest speed for uninterrupted video streaming, lightening fast downloading & calls quality. If you really need glo badly, I'd suggest you leave that area and find a house that's closer to a high network area.

I think you guys missed the point I made. When you parachute from a building that high, you don't just land in the ground, but you can guide your landing so far away (miles away) from the building. You can land on top of another building, in the street or even an ocean if its nearby.
