seems you wan Japa You don't need a tutorial for this. Get to your school first in the UK, and monitor departmental notice board on conferences that might take place in the US.

What you can do is to write to the school that you are taught in English. You can also ask your primary university (unilag) a letter that shows you were taught in English. But most universities waive IELTS for Nigerians with Wassce.
