If you have had the privilege of travelling up north or to some rural areas down south , you will see student-graduates who came out with 2.1 , 2.2 and 3rd class speaking and writing as if they are slightly less than semi-illiterates. In my observation, we tend to do more in biological science research than physical and chemical science research put together in this country.
