abiolag: PAnadol after headache.if they had done this when he needed it most, maybe he might still be with us.no amount of money donated will bring him back or occupy d vacuum his death has open in d heart of his lovers.though d family will be glad dat some people still remember them.May his soul rest in perfect peace
Very apt statement and to add that the family is a disappointment not to have raised the issue of his sickness if there was any sickness in the first place. This certainly smirk of a few family members wanting to deprive his kids of their inheritance as they have declared all his documents burned (including his will I am sure). GOD help us in this forsaken entity of cannibals called Nigeria, wonder how many remembrance of Samuel Okparaji who died on active service by a clueless NFA!I cry

What is your definition of JOB? I remember certain guys that will not take anything below tie-wearing, suit donning banking jobs etc and many later regretted. If your friend does not mind anything for a start while searching for better ones; he will surely prevail but if he will only attempt the white collars, then he is in for a long wait or regrets eventually.

Lexusgs430: By just closing your eyes and opening your wallet each time you pull into a gas station !!!
grin grin Funny! @poster mine's a Montero sport, a V-6 and truly made for the highway (i get 350+Miles from a full tank when traveling) but for the stop and start Lagos rush hour traffic, i get <270Miles. This also depends on the prior owner service culture, i have seen many registered Montero sport put up for sale and am sure its because of fuel consumption; mostly triggered by unlearned auto-mechanics who fiddle around for the particular problem rather than utilize a fault detector like a scanner. For you it won't be too bad if you sort out any pending CEL light issues as this is a very great factor in fuel consumption for all vehicles. Get a handy OBD2 gadget or the installable and you won't regret having the Sequoia that much. Follow the tips by @ Inspired (one of the stickies) on this section of the forum; it will help.

I am not one but drive a V-6 Suv; and i will tell you two things:
1. Expect more power (Torque) from the engines
2. Expect a considerably higher fuel consumption especially for city driving.

FG should regulate national awards given out and also give a disclaimer that chieftaincy title is not a requisite for any national transaction, then and only then will the craze die. This should not be a concern at this moment to any FG parastatal.

Phones › NCC Queries MTN Over Poor Services-it Has Been Very BAD Lately! by gulfer(op): 2:03pm On May 04, 2012
LAGOS – The Nigerian Communications Commission, NCC, yesterday, issued a query to MTN Nigeria Communications Ltd, to explain why the commission will not apply appropriate sanctions for the unbearable poor quality of services in Lagos and its environs.

The commission, in the letter signed by its Director of Technical Standards and Network Integrity, Dr. Balarabe Sani, and Director of Legal Services, Ms. Josephine Amuwa. said: “It has also been brought to our notice that the MTN Switch in Lagos is down and MTN has neither informed its subscribers nor communicated this unfortunate development to the commission as required.”

In the letter, MTN was directed to, within 24 hours, furnish the commission with detailed report on these developments and efforts being made to urgently address the problem.

“Please note that failure to respond as directed might result in the commission invoking its powers to sanction MTN appropriately,” it said.

Subscribers in Lagos and its environs have experienced difficulties in the use of their phones on the MTN network. Upon investigations by the commission, it was discovered that the company’s switch was down, a situation which ought to be communicated to the commission and brought to the knowledge of the subscribers by the company.

The query to MTN is in line with NCC’s commitment to enforcing all actions as prescribed by a new regulation on quality of service in the networks.

Politics › Re: Henry Okah's Full Affidavit To South African Court by gulfer: 12:19pm On May 04, 2012
Somebody's reply on another post in January is quoted below; if this above form Okah is true, then we are stewed.
kingoflag: Sane minds know GEJ started this bombings out of desperation to win election. Now, it has gotten out of control.

Who remembers him defending Henry Okah? "MEND did not bomb, I know who did"--GEJ. Meanwhile, Intelligence Agencies everywhere talk say na MEND! Even MEND talk say "Na we do am!!!" yet GEJ absolved them: "Na lie no be dem, I talk say I know who do am!". Till today Henry Okah is languishing in a South African Prison on terrorism charges.

Next it was, "Na Dokpesi do am". Then "IBB had something to do with it".

Nigerians don't tell me you've forgotten that some people transporting bombs had their hands and torsos blown off on their way to their destination. . . they were alive. . . how come we never heard of the case again?

Then the U.N Office bombing; they sold you guys all guys of lies, put all kinds of funny "wanted" pictures on the Air and y'all bought it hook, line , and sinker. What happened to the arrested suspects?

What happened to the Iranians that were arrested for importing bomb making devices into Nigeria?!

Have you all forgotten so easily? Are your memories that short? Why don't you guys ask the relevant questions?!

Before GEJ what was "Bombing in Nigeria"?!? Why do you think he's always unperturbed when bombs go off?! GEJ was the orchestrator of a few of those incidents, now others have grabbed a cue and are using BOKO HARAM as an excuse. GEJ Knows this, insiders know this, Intelligence knows this but how can he reveal all of this without revealing himself as a Super-Liar?

GEJ has to go, his desperation knows no bounds!!! I'm pretty sure you haven't forgotten his first Proposed Bill to the Senate immediately he became Presido! This is a bushman that is fu*c&king power drunk and will do anything to sit-tight even when he knows he doesn't deserve the throne. Nigeria, open your eyes!!!!
