Hi, i made a transaction with a guy. I forgot to ask for his Nairaland moniker. After sending a fund of 48$ to him through PayPal, he told me it was on hold. After about 4 days i contacted him to ask about the update, He blocked me immediately. i used two other numbers to contact him and he did the same. Thank God i filled a dispute with PayPal and it was ruled in my favor.
