Since you already have it in mind to dump her that shows you might not truly love her genuinely as you think. If you did love her you would try to help. You would talk to her about it in a playful understanding manner then help find ways of curtailing the smell whether medically or through traditional ways & also encourage her to improve on her self hygiene more...
