How bola4dprec took my 100$. i waited for over a month. he still refused to pay me or refund my money back

First of all. Beware of this guy. the mistake i made was not using an escrow all because his profile was registered in 2005. although before i sent him my money i did a profile check on him and people has been saying that we should be careful when dealing with him. you can check his profile if you want but i didnt take it serious and i am paying the price.

I sent him 100$ paypal using gns which was what he said i should use. instead of him to send me my money afterwards, he told me if by the next day there is no issue with the money he will pay me. i said no problem. then the next day i asked for my money and he sent me a screenshot that the money is on hold. that if by the january 8 there is no issue between me and him, then he will be able to use it.

first of all. if you send money with gns you will not be able to use it for like a week or two just to protect both the buyer and seller from illegal funds transfer n all that. but if you send money with fnf, the payment is instant and that i what i normally use.

i was angry because i am sure he knew this is how it works and he went ahead and tell me to use gns and held my money. i told him i need my money asap. he told me i shouldnt worry he will pay me before january 8.

could you believe that i waited till january 7th i was so scared because i knew that after january 8 there is nothing i can do afterwards so i told him to issue a refund since he cannot pay up. then he told me that i should exercise patient that the money is not complete anymore, meaning he has spent it. that is to say, he has access to the money all this while and i didnt even know.

i was very angry. i warned him several times that things will go bad if i dont get my money which i gave him several deadlines and your guy did not even care and what he kept saying was hes going to pay me my money, i mean, he has been singing this to my ears times without number. sometimes i'll call him and he will not even allow me to talk he'll be raising his voice on me sometimes he'll not pick sometimes he'll even hang up.

i am tired already..
