fesse:Behold!! you belongs to kind, beautiful and friendly people. although i'm Hausa/Fulani, but I always cherish and appreciate Igbo people. They're just so nice & friendly. Yoruba are like my blood brothers, becouse a Yoruba friend host me in their family house for two years during our school days. We became part of each other to date as we still visit and exchange pleasantries. So, i like them and regard them as brothers. |

Katsina PDP protests election results From MU'AWIYA B. IDRIS, Katsina Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Katsina state has protested the result of last Saturday’s National Assembly election. The party, in a statement signed by its Public Relations Officer, Alhaji Salisu Ali Sakuntuni alleged that the election was full of lapses and irregularities. According to the statement, in some federal constituencies, there were illegal declarations of results. The party particularly cited Malumfashi/Kafur election where the CPC has no candidate but results were announced in favour of the party. The statement said INEC in Katsina state should immediately declare the lawful elected PDP candidate. The party commended its supporters and urged them to remain dedicated in their continued support and loyalty to the party. It urged them to wait for further information on subsequent action to be taken by the party. source: http://www.triumphnewspapers.org/kats1342011.html |
Even though i'm not a member of neither PDP nor the CPC, but with serious concern, I wish to express my concern and simpathy over what happen at the Malumfashi/Kafur Federal constituency. The election was contested by three candidates under ACN, LP & PDP. The result of the election shows that the CPC scored the highest votes but unfortunately for the CPC, they did not give anybody's name to the INEC. But to our suprise, instead of INEC to abide by the law and declare the 2nd winner (PDP candidate) as required by law, but surprisingly the INEC moved ahead to collaborate with the CPC and sourced a candidate that night and declared him a winner. |

This story is quite annoying and misleading. I wonder why some people juggle thier deceptive stories and made them available to the public knowing fully that they mean to decieve. Despite the fact that President Jonathan was not in anyway heckled while in Katsina, what i'm optimistic about is that the warm welcome, the people that gathered (both masses & important degnities) the thousands of vehicles that rallied in his support, the chearful & supportive responses he recieved (Shouts of Sai Goodluck!! Sai Mainasara!!!). I bet everybody that even in Bayelsa State GEJ may not unavoidably recieve such a warm and hearty welcome. He was highly impressed by what he saw and how he was recieved by Katsina people. The entire streets and environs of Katsina metropolis was fully crowded by GEJ supporters that day. Iam an eye witness. |

Anyway a good number of Fulani's were innocently murdered by the beroms. Therefore their cows could easily be converted by the beroms and claimed it as their property. But beside that, i bet you even if you give out a single cow to the entire beroms, they can only brutally killed it the same way they mercilessly killed its owner, and have a pre-xmas celebration they never had in their life. Since they are so poor and worthless. |
Berom having hundreds of cows? I'm even sick, weak, shocked and short of words |

The pictures below, shows the danger and unsafety some toilets could be. A friend of mine send this to me via his blackberry phone. I was just showing it to my sister this morning, when she start telling me how one guy lost his life in Kaduna after a snake bite when he was easing him self in a toilet not really knowing that a snake had followed the suck-away pipe and entered the toilet. The guy died on their way when he was taken to the hospital.
